Broken zip
Love the skirt I ordered however the zip is very stiff so I cannot do/undo it and has come away from the material, won’t go up or down.

Not impressed
Very oversized and over priced items. Returning items is terrible as they take a long time to refund and take a return fee from your payment

Love the tomato blouse but very small for a XL so had to send it back! Totally gutted but beautifully made 😢

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could! My top is good quality, looks great and I always get loads of compliments when I wear it.
Even better, I made a silly mistake with returns (I ordered a S and M cos I haven’t bought from this brand before) and Amy from customer service was AMAZINGand went above and beyond to help me (even more amazing cos I like I said it was 100% my mistake 😂)
The whole experience felt like a was shopping from a company that really values its customers xxx

Awful customer service
Paid for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive. Informed them and was told you cannot get next day delivery on a Saturday. This is not stated on their website and I was not offered a refund for this.
The items I ordered were so long on the legs and short on the body. I’m not sure any human would fit in them
