what made my experience great was the options available and how I was able to play around with the price and the fonts and phrase, word, or name I want made. The customer service is/was great, quick and helpful response to my questions and or concerns and shipping time was on point. Did not take to long at all to received my items purchased. Oh, and they kept me up to date with all the tracking so that was great

I’d use them again.
I enjoyed finished item. Would use them again for future neon projects. Did have to contact support to clear up some minor details but support was excellent. They even managed to maintain my strict time constraint.

The font in the image was different to…
The font in the image was different to the one in the finished product (super thin). I am still (2 months later) waiting for resolution. Company has been responsive, but slow. I also have to pay for the replacement of the mistake. :(

Fair comment. The confusion likely stemmed from our customizer's auto-generated visualization, which may have led the customer to interpret the design as "double-lined" rather than the intended "single-lined" format. The customer's expectation was for the LED to outline the letters, rather than fill the body of the letters. In our effort to rectify this, we produced and supplied a replacement sign that aligns with the double-lined design, offering this at cost. We are currently awaiting the customer's evaluation of the replacement sign to ensure it meets the customer's satisfaction.
With regards to the feedback on our responsiveness, we try to respond to our customers within 24 business hours, and we have almost always done that. However, we can only be as responsive as the customer too. We're reviewing our current process and looking for opportunities to be more responsive to meet customers' expectation.
As a precautionary measure to prevent future misunderstandings, we have since removed the font that caused the confusion from our customizer.

The sign turned out being perfect! Colours, fonts and style - everything is top notch! The team was responsive and answered my emails the same day. Great customer service. Alvin troubleshooted all issues. Now our company has a great neon logo from Neonific.

Not actually Neon, but still cool looking
A little disappointing because it's not actually neon. It's LED. It still looks nice and my husband really likes it. It's hung up in his classroom, both teachers and students enjoy it.

Pretty in Pink!
Just received our pretty pink, neon sign for our brick and mortar shop, and it is absolutely beautiful! Contacted customer service for a quick question about dimming the sign and received a very helpful reply from, Alvin, in record time. Great craftsmanship, excellent quality, vibrant colour.
