Received broken lights
Received broken lights. Despite complaining not replaced. Few lights stopped working in one week

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
We recommend you that you turn on the light with the Sliding Switch (its the colored one) on the back and then press the push button to change the modes.
It has three modes. You can change the mode once you keep pressing the Black button on the back.
1. Mode 1 - Dim light (when no-one is around), Bright light (when someone comes near)
2. Mode 2 - Off (when no-one is around), Bright light (when someone comes near)
3. Mode 3 - Constantly ON in mid-light (irrespective who is around)

I like the design but unfortunately…
I like the design but unfortunately some of them work is some of them don't, I received 1 damaged lamp as well and also reported it but was asked to see if it works first and then a replacement will be sent , the screws sent with the lamps rusted in 10 days

Now our lamps come with a much stronger battery and they work much longer now. Exactly as committed.
We have also improved the packaging of the product, so that they do not break in transit.
Also, you are always protected with a 7 day free return / replacement that we offer. As per our records, you have received the replacement for the broken lamps.
