Friendly, professional, informative staff. Extensive over bite corrected perfectly with very little discomfort. Always available to ask questions. Brilliant communication via email for all appointments and with reminders. Brilliant aftercare.

Great experience with Neo Banstead. Friendly staff, professional and lovely surgery. My only issue would be appointments are stacked up weeks in advance so on occasion the dentist would say see you in 8 weeks, but you have to wait 11 weeks as there are not enough appointments available.

Great staff, comfortable waiting room.
Only downside is the lack of parking spaces

Neo Orthodontics are great: professional, able, and effective. The alignment of my daughter’s teeth has been beautifully corrected and in less time than we had expected. When we needed an emergency appointment because a wire sprang out, we were seen promptly. The orthodontist and technicians know their trade and were good with their teenage client. The only thing of which to be aware is that there is no flexibility around routine appointments; if you can’t make it, you will have to wait another six weeks.

Good, efficient treatment; only tricky thing was the weird appointment system as rarely did the follow-ups work for us and we then had to phone and rearrange them. Would have been easier to make the follow ups in person at the time of the appointment.

I have consistently struggled to get suitable dates/appointments for my daughters treatment. Despite reminding the clinic my daughter has to be pulled out during school hours, it’s effecting her education. Sadly no one considered the knock on effect. Plus we are working parents it’s difficult to keep taking time off. When raised a complaint was told after school and evening appointments are for private clients. It was clear case of discrimination.

I was disappointed in the approach from the dentist. I took my daughter to remove her braces and mentioned that her teeth yet seem pushed forward. The dentist mentioned that her brushing wasn’t good and she had couple strings broken in the braces. He almost mentioned the latter as if it was my daughters mistake. Not sure why anyone would want to try meddling with their braces?? I would say it was border line rude. Initially we were told that the braces would last around 2 years, but they removed it today which was less than a year since they were in.

Really friendly team, helpful & accomodating. Amazingly quick results. Very impressed with the whole process from start to finish. My daughter had a great experience with her braces & I’d recommend using Neo to anyone.

Mike and his team provided an absolutely excellent orthodontic experience to my son, I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who is considering using it.
