Habe bei Nevo Magnet Wimpern gekauft.
Vorab Finger Weg da es sich um billigen China Ware handelt.
Habe für knapp 50 Euro 3 Set bestellt. Angekommen war eins davon defekt. Magnet gebrochen.
Aufgrund der schlechten Qualität wollte ich die Ware zurückschicken.
Obwohl ich defekte Ware bekommen habe sollte ich die Rücksendung selber bezahlen. Rückerstattung habe ich allerdings bis heute nicht bekommen da angeblich meine Sendung nicht eingetroffen ist.
Beweisen kann ich leider nichts da ich es als Brief verschickt habe und nur die Quittung von der Post bekommen habe.
Allerdings sagt es viel über das Unternehmen und dem Kundenservice aus.
Also noch mal maximal unseriös

They cancelled a transcription job after seven transcription tasks had already been completed. Not one, but seven. No proper feedback provided, apart some c**k and bull excuse. I have advised my fellow colleagues to be wary of providing transcriptions for Neevo. A truly awful experience in every sense of the word. Please avoid them and do your due diligence beforehand!!!

Absolutely awful experience with the language tests.
I am native in Italian (born in Italy - graduated there from one of the top universities), the platform crashed 3 times while taking the test and recorded incomplete answers so I am “intermediate” in my own language!! Trying to take the oral test, did the same: crashes numerous times and then erases partial results and records what it wants, then prevents me from retaking the test. Support just tells me to clear cache and use an anonymous browser, did that worked only for a few minutes and this happened again. I just lost my job and I am trying to make some money why I look for a new one but this experience has just been so demoralizing. How can these people be still in business?

The pay is ridiculously low at just $0.05 per task for voice evaluation. It’s a total waste of time, even for a little extra pocket money. On top of that, the payment cycle is unclear. I’ve completed several tasks over the course of three months, yet I’ve only earned a mere $2—and that was only after I followed up. The only positive thing is that support responds quickly.

I'm still waiting for the money that I earn working for you. It's written on my account the amount of money that you need to pay me but you did not. As long as you don't respond, I will do reviews like this one. Best regards.

Worst experience i had with neevo ai today after completing tasks that they have banned my account simply stating that i own multiple ids what a worst platform iam owning only one account but still they have banned my account it was a worst experience with neevo dont be fools dont work at this platform it was an 100% cheater platform they taking our efforts and simply ban the accounts and no issue of payments also.

Seit Jahren dabei und es dauerte damals paar Wochen für eine Auszahlung!!!

Mittlerweile warten man gerne 2-3 Monate auf eine lausige Bezahlung von paar Cent, kann absolut davon abraten!

Gibt genug Seiten, im Internet diese Instant oder in max. 1 Woche die Zahlung tätigen, aber keine 2-3 Monate!

After 2,5 months of completed tasks, I didn't get paid.
Also, completely no any feedback or information about the status - You can do all the task and after that they disappear with your job without any notice...

I worked with Neevo.ai and was extremely disappointed. I completed many tasks and spent hours working, but never received any payment. After a so-called “review process,” all my work was rejected without any explanation.
The review system seems completely non-transparent — there’s no proof of mistakes, no feedback, and no clear justification for the rejections. You wait for weeks, sometimes a month, only to find out that all your effort was for nothing.
It feels like a scam or at least a very dishonest system. Work should always be paid for, or there should be clear, transparent criteria for rejecting it — not vague reviews after weeks of silence. Neevo’s approach shows neither fairness nor respect for workers’ time.

Kopfhörer am 13.08.25 bestellt, Ware wurde endlich am 09.10. geliefert obewohl in den AGBs 14-21 Tage genannt sind. Auf Nachfragen per E-Mails wurde 2 x mit der gleichen Antwort zurückgeschrieben. Automatisierte Antworten, kein wirklicher Support

I've completed around 200 tasks with Neevo and haven't been paid for a single one.
This company should probably be investigated.

Kopfhörer am 22.08. bestellt und bis heute nicht erhalten. Auf Mails wird nicht reagiert. Ich habe den Fall auch erst Mal Klarna gemeldet. Auf jeden Fall würde ich hier nicht mehr bestellen.

Kopfhörer Novalingo bestellt, hat ewig gedauert bis sie ankamen. Habe sie vor 2 Monaten zurückgeschickt und bis heute mein Geld nicht zurückerhalten. Auf E-Mails wird gar nicht reagiert. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit.
FINGER WEG von diesem Shop!

Ich habe eine Bestellung am 18.08 2025 auf gegeben, und habe bis heute keine Ware bekommen. Nun haben ich auch diese Firma angeschrieben. Als Antwort kam. Wir bedauern, das es zu Zeitverzögerung gekommen ist. Sie hatten angeblich zu viel Aufträge.
Zum Glück bezahle ich nicht immer über PayPal, aber ab und zu auch über Klarna, nach 4 Wochen erst zu bezahlen. Jetzt wurde diese Bezahlung erst einmal zurück gestellt. Ich muß erst ein Mal nicht bezahlen, da ich diesen Fall gemeldet habe. Nun bin ich gespannt, wie das weitergeht. Auf alle Fälle würde ich dort nicht bestellen.

Ich warte seit 15.8. auf Lieferung. Ich habe schon mehrere Emails an Neevo geschrieben. Nie eine Antwort. Ich kann scheinbar mein Geld abschreiben.
In der Werbung wurde schnelle Lieferung angegeben..

I wish there is a zero star. Because this company delivers it, all they do is send jobs without pay. It's just a slave company. I'm done with this shit hole of a company. You are better off without them.

That company just does not pay for the work I've worked on four different projects submitted well over $200 worth of tax and one day they randomly paid me 60 cents I began working on the platform in May and it's August . I have not been paid for anything other than that 60 cents a responded that when the project ends I will be paid and the payments will be coming in the following weeks I've got no more payments and all four of the projects now see close.

I have been working with Neevo for other 2 years and I really enjoy the work they provide me linked to my skill set and stuff outside of my comfort zone. Payments do take a while to receive, but I understood this when taking on the statement of work as its paid once the project is closed.

I feel the tasks in terms of ease is a 5/10. I wish there were more complex tasks available more consistently.

What is really going on here,this people are banning the accounts, like no man business,again i dont know what is happening they dont even care about payments,they pay when they feel like but sending the jobs they are so motivated in doing that,like today they have sent a job, the servers are not even working the host not really responding who really manages this Company so called Neevo very very unprofessional people,can we get a new management for once??Many things going wrong at the same time from banning the accounts,not paying on time servers not responding at all.Just junk for sure.
