Still in business?

I ordered a Doppler 2 weeks ago with expedited shipping and have not received it nor tracking info. I called the contact number and it’s disconnected. I emailed them 6 days ago and 3 days ago and no response. I tried the chat bot on the website and no response. I’m unsure they are still in business and I just want a refund at this point.

Thanks for delivering the Prenatal Vitamins, Neeva Baby! Since my wife's B12 was low, She started eating these and literally now her B12 levels have risen. Yah!!
