Need T-shirts Now Arvostelua 18

In an effort to boost morale while a family member is sick, I ordered tshirts through Need Tshirts Now with a family joke on it. I hesitated to order through a larger company but I thought I would rather support a small, local business instead. Apparently this was a major mistake because Need Tshirts Now is a scam. They are more than happy to take your money but they are impossible to contact. They do not fulfill orders, they do not reimburse, and they do not answer the phone. Nearly $200 down the drain. Placed an order and paid the money but the order was never fulfilled. Dialed in for help but it kept going to voice mail. Sent multiple emails with no replies. This company is the textbook definition of a scam.

T-shirts won't come on time. You won't get a reply online or by phone. Buyer beware!

Wish I would have seen these reviews before my order....2 months and no product.

Ordered 1 shirt $12.99 on the 17th of December ( 3 day printing - $10.39 , with 2 day shipping - $7.85 ) adding insurance $0.78 and tax $0.97 equaling $32.99
Basically it should have been delivered by the 23rd at least!
This was a Christmas gift for my husband from his Grandchildren. It is now the 27th of December and now they decided to ship it!
Still no contact from them and no tracking number!
There is no reason for this .... how dare you take my money for rush orders that are not rushed ! Once my husband lives in the area ( that's why I chose this company) he will be coming to dispute this. Your company is ridiculous!

Do not order from this company! I should have done my research more prior to ordering. I ordered 3 tshirts October 29th with the hopes that it would arrive prior to November 21 for an event. That gave enough time for their standard 15 business day printing time plus shipping. After about a week or so of not seeing any updates, I decided to try to get a hold of them to make sure that I would be receiving these in time for my event, because if I wasn't going to be receiving them, I wanted to cancel my order before they began printing so I could reorder elsewhere. No matter how I would contact them, I could not get in touch with anybody. I called them multiple times, emailed them and contacted via social media. It wasn't until today (November 26) that I heard from someone. I told them that my event has come and gone and that I have already ordered from somewhere else and would like to cancel my order THAT has not even been started. They claimed they can't cancel because it is a custom order. BUT THEY HAVEN'T EVEN PRINTED IT YET. The status is still pending. I have experience in using the same type of machines and it should not take this long to receive 3 tshirts. I disputed the charge on my card, so hopefully this is resolved because what business doesn't allow someone to cancel their order that hasn't even been started? I can even cancel my order on Etsy if they haven't started it. They are also so difficult to get a hold of, it took me 3 weeks just to have someone answer me. They don't even answer their phone and their voicemail box is full. I will repeat, do not order from this company.

Wish I could give 0 stars because thats how great their service is and unprofessional they are. Cant remember the owners name and its not important because I will never purchase from them again. Shame on me and I should've checked the reviews on them before hand. I ordered 4 items that i figured i gave myself enough time to wait on without paying a ridiculous fee to rush. I called them after 15 days and the ever so pleasant owner/manufacturer picked up. Right off the bat he sounded bothered and disgruntled. I simply asked what the status was on my order just so i know when to expect it and he told me to look at the policy. All he kept referring to was this policy and i asked if he can tell me what this "15th" day would be according to his method of thinking. He told me that i should be able to figure it out. So without getting into a pissing match i requested my money back since at this point i waited over the alotted time period and he said sure, for 35% of total cost. What is he nuts! The items weren't even in production according to him as well.

So as for the ending, i filed a complaint a month later! Still no item, but received my full purchase back from my credit card company. So be weary of this fool. Unprofessional and horrible to deal with. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!

placed an order in NOVEMBER and spent $90 on shirts for a school club. it's april and the order is still "pending." i called and the person i spoke with said he'd "look for tracking information to see if he can find out what happened" and told me he would email me. god knows if i'll ever actually hear from him, based on the other reviews on here.

I designed shirts on their website with the colors and designs that I wanted. I spent over $50 for them. The website said 15 working days to arrive. I called the owner after three weeks to inquire about the shirts, since I had ordered them in plenty of time to receive them before our trip that we wanted to wear them on. The owner did not ask my order number or any questions; he just continually said that it takes 15 business days at the least. I asked him to track my order and at least see if they had been shipped out yet. He refused. He just told me that they would come and that sometimes they get behind. He was very rude, abrupt, and unconcerned with my issue. The shirts arrived after one month; more than 20 business days...on a day that we were already on our trip. When I opened the package; the shirts were very cheaply made. Though they were the correct pictures that I had designed; the colors were way off. They did not even resemble the colors that I picked out. When I called, the owner answered again with his rude attitude. I explained the issue with colors; and did not even get into the problem with them being late arriving. He said, "Well, that's what you ordered and you don't get a refund." I had not even asked for a refund yet; I merely stated my issue, and he then became argumentative and defensive...a true indication that there have been numerous complaints before (I regret not checking BBB before spending my money). He then told me to go online and look at the policy. He and I both went to the page that states "slight variation" in colors. As I explained to him, there were no "slight" variations, and that the designs colors are not what I ordered. He was very condescending, and stated, "Oh so you're telling me that someone else got the designs that you made; and you got someone else's designs?" I stated, "Apparently so....how odd that another couple is named Chuck and Michelle and that they received the shirts that I designed?" He again stated, "No, you got what you ordered; I printed them myself. You won't get a refund if that's what you're wanting." I asked him to make it right; whatever that may take. He continued to be argumentative, reiterating that "you got what you designed. There's only a slight color difference; and we don't give refunds. We're not gonna remake them either." I asked if he was the owner, and added that I had already talked to a very rude owner the first time I called; and that his rudeness sounded like the first person I had spoken to. He did admit that he was the owner.

PAID THEM FOR TWO SHIRTS TO BE MADE NEVER GOT ANY TYPE OF RESPONSE HORRIBLE SERVICE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM PLEASE STAY AWAY. USE CUSTOM INK OR ANOTHER LEGIT SOURCE TO GET WHAT YOU NEED.

I wish I had read up more on this company before trusting my t-shirt order with them...they were the first or close to the top when I did a Google search. I ordered ONE t-shirt on Oct 15, no rush order just a three-day priority mail ($7.30). I saw that with no rush (extra money in their pocket) you were to assume 15 business days to do your shirt. So I figured it out exactly (I need the shirt in one week 12 Nov). I have emailed asking for a status on my order...no response. I finally called them (they actually answered). When I said priority he said, oh, well if you don't do rush then it takes 15 business days. I counted out the three weeks/15 days since I placed my order and with 3-day priority, it should be here sometime this week. Well I just got off the phone with them and I don't have the warm fuzzies. I told him the money came out of my account on 15 Oct 18, the day I ordered, however, he couldn't give me a status of my order. When I asked if I could pay extra over the phone so I could get it by next week, he hesitated....and then said "Ok I'll get it out to you today". Well let's just see about that. But that just goes to show you if you don't stay on top of these people, they will take your money and run. I could of had a t-shirt printed with my joke somewhere locally for less money probably...but no..I trusted this business. I'll update my review when (and if) my shirt arrives!! Well, definitely update if I never get it!!!!!!

No product and no response to my inquiries

I ordered 2 custom t-shirts for my wife's birthday 2 months ago. Paid for them and never received them. Called and emailed and never got any progress. Just had to apply for reimbursement through my credit card. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Paid for and never received product, and they didn't even have the decency to respond to my emails or phone call. Waste of time and money.

Ordered a t-shirt for a fan to promote a song release. Placed and paid for the order August 3rd, emails them twice, and called. I've gotten no where. Going to dispute the charge with my card. Song already released, and the fan is not happy with me.

I ordered my t-shirts well in advance of needing a rush order. You get no follow up emails stating approximate delivery. You call and get no information, you email and get no reply. They only take care of the customers that pay for a rush delivery. I would never order from them. It’s t-shirts whenever we feel like it unless you’re paying a super high price for rush delivery then we’ll take care of you.

I ordered a t-shirt for my granddaughter 13 days ago. Still not there. I've emailed them - no response.
Point is the T cost $14.99
RUSH ORDER FEE : 3 days printing time $8.99
Sub-Total: $14.99
Priority Mail 2-Day: $7.30
Total: $31.28
All for a t-shirt that hasn't arrived for her 1st birthday. Shame on them.
UPDATE: June 19. No shirt, no acknowledgement and refusal to return funds.
