Ordered a part for my vacuum cleaner 29/04 and was advised that email would sent when part in transit. Heard nothing for a month so then followed up. Apparently they had a system failure whereby they did not know if part not received. Agreed to a cancellation of order and refund. On this occasion a very poor customer service.

I had an outstanding experience with Need A Part, thanks to Tina.

I am based in the Cook Islands, so I arranged for my order to be sent to someone in New Zealand who could bring it over for me. Unfortunately, I then realised that the first person would not receive the package in time before travelling, so I had to quickly organise a second contact in a completely different location and request a delivery address change.

Despite multiple changes and a very time sensitive situation, Tina handled everything quickly, professionally, and without any fuss. Her communication was prompt, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.

What could have easily been a stressful and complicated situation was made simple thanks to her efficiency and willingness to assist.

I highly recommend Need A Part, and especially Tina, for going above and beyond to help their customers.

Disregard this review. The company that I was referring to was not Need A Part rather Need This Part. My error.
Ordered a Spartan Drive wheel axle cover for my motorhome. I was supposed to get a order # to track delivery. Never got confirmation from Need A Part although credit card was charged immediately.
Wrote several emails asking for confirmation and status. Never heard back from them. Gave them over a week to reply. Just silence. I cancelled the charge on my credit card. This is definitely a SCAM. BEWARE!

We needed a new knob for our Russell Hobbs slow cooker. Found it on needapart and ordered it in the evening. It arrived the next day, very efficient. Thankyou.

Ordered a oven seal at the end of January which stipulated that this seal would be delivered 10 working days from purchase on line.I had to chase this after 25 plus working days to find the part had not arrived from the supplier and told it would be the beginning of the next week.It is now the 5th of March and after my further contacting them I have been told the supplier has not provided the part and I will be refunded after asking such.Bitterly disappointed with feedback only when I contact them and their no policy of 10 working days.

A+++ business communication was fantastic and my new remote arrived in two days from my order being placed on the weekend. Great service , fast delivery couldn't ask for more. Thanks.
