I was happy with the services I received on an automatic basis but for some reason one of my payments did not go through even though it is the card they always used, and they reported me to a debt collection agency. In fairness, I don't always pick up my phone so they may have contacted me trying to get paid but I'm not sure. Anyway, of couse, I paid once I found out but I am still getting letters from the debt collection agency. The first letter from the debt agency threatened a lien against my home over $149.56 To me it was not worth the hassle of doing business with Ned Stevens when you get letters like that. Also, maybe the debt collection agency is also to blame which is called American Profit Recovery. So I cancelled all my services with Ned Stevens who needs all the temptation for me to get involved with hassle and drama.

I called to have one gutter rehung and was told they had to clean all of them in order to work on the one. I agreed and the crew arrived the next day and worked for about 15-20 minutes, I expected a report about the gutter that we have the issue with and instead, we received a recommendation to clean the roof. We still had a problem with the gutter, so I called another provider that did more or less the same thing but for less money. I called Ned's and went through several iterations of discussions and they finally refunded my money. I give them all the credit for fixing this situation. The main issue was a lack of clarification and unmet expectations. If you contract with Ned's, a national company, be clear on what you need and be sure your expectations are realistic. Our miscommunication caused the issue and they were willing to address the issues so I have no problems working with Ned's in the future.

Gutter cleaner service is good, but cleaners should wipe down the windows that get wet from their service so that we aren't left with spotted windows.

Good service but wish their pricing was a little more affordable.

They will give you a 7-10 days window to come out to cleaning your gutters. It won’t happen. They randomly pick homes to service and you could always end up on the bottom. You could technically call on a Monday and be serviced the next day while the guy who has been waiting for 10 days hasn’t been serviced. They will not give you a day but will say I’ll call you 1 hour before I’m there. Not a very dependable company

I have used this service for years and every year it gets worse so I am done. I called three times today and got three different prices and a lot of flim flam. I paid 150 last year and they said OMG we should have been charging you at least 250. The first call I made the price was $170, the second time it was $200 hundred and now get this the third time they said that they talked to the guy in charge and they can give it to me with the online 17% discount and the price was $213. When companies are inconsistent they are up to no good. I would gladly pay the $150 for a job they complete in way less than an hour. I am sad because I thought that they were a family run business but Nope just another private equity company buying up all of the family run businesses. Ned is living large and his costumers aren't. It's what's happening and I get it. I run my own business and times are had but this treatment of a long time costumer is not cool. I will find another family owned company. Even if I pay more it's for the right reasons

The company harasses the customer once they leave with daily txt and calls form different phone numbers each time, so blocking the numbers does not help.
The job was not good. If you only consult them for a job they send out the crew without a scheduled appointment and unexpected. I am glad I was home and able to stop them when I heard the crew climbing on roof to change my newly installed gutters!

I have used this company for two years. They were calling me every day to try to get me to use their additional services and to make unwanted repairs. I asked them to stop the calls, but they wouldn't. The constant calls were not worth the aggravation of their service. There are plenty of other gutter cleaners who don't do this.

After debris had collected under the gutter covers on my roof, neither the gutter cover installer nor the roofer would assist me in correcting the problem even after repeated calls and emails. I called Ned Stevens to see whether they could help. I was impressed with the agent who took my call, explained the service in detail and answered all of my questions. A few days later, two experienced contractors removed the debris and cleaned the gutters to ensure they were all in working order. I will definitely use Ned Stevens again.

Scheduled a cleaning of my gutters, small house Cape Cod. The 2 workers showed up neither one of them spoke English therefore there was absolutely no communication between us. I had gutter covers in the back of the house, none if the front. They were here for 10 minutes tops!! NO ladder nothing. I called and spoke to a rep he said he would send the video of the job, never happened. I asked for my money back, never heard back from them. Beware!!! Do not use this service!!

Very bad experience with this company. Signed up for platinum service on my house. It took 3 separate trips over a week for them to finally decide they could not service my home. Never had this kind of response from any other service providers. Would definitely not recommend using them.

From what we were able to view it appeared the gutters were clean but it was the fastest job I have ever had done on my gutters. The backyard had large clumps of nasty gutter debris lying about on the ground. They talked a big game in the sales pitch about how they clean all that stuff up. Apparently they did not inspect the back fenced in yard where we actually go, because I spent about five minutes cleaning up debris.

Waste of time! Waited a week for a appointment anywhere between seven and four. Got up at 6:30 and started waiting! No communication as to a smaller window. I had asked for a gutter replacement and they showed up and started trying to clean my gutters. So I called the main office and they said they need to examine the gutter and clean it before they replace it. That’s the stupidest thing in my life I’ve ever heard. I said who examines an old gutter I said please just replace the thing and of course no one could speak English and no one knew a damn thing about Gutters. Ned Stevens whoever you are you can go to hell because this is a total big company one 800 number SCAM!

Ned Stevens Gutters was scheduled to clean the gutters, downspouts and dryer vent in November. For the second year in a row they have shown up in JANUARY. The gutter is too frozen to clean. They cleaned a pipe in the basement, not on the second floor. The water is off, so they couldn't the downspouts.

Big, big rip off. Second year in a row.

Do not use this awful company. They have horrible business practices, customer service and billing.

I contracted with Ned Stevens to clean and maintain the gutters on my new home, the first time they came out their workers left a mess all over my pool patio. I had to call them to return to clean it up. Recently I have tried unsuccessfully over the last two weeks to schedule my next gutter cleaning, in both cases the online representative states he will call me back that day to set the cleaning up BUT NEVER DOES. They seem not to care about customer service and must not need my business, you should not have to beg a company to schedule and execute work. Do yourself a favor find another firm and give them your bushiness so you are not frustrated and having your time wasted by this one!

They came to clean gutters and found problem with current gutter in rear. Discussed with office and agreed to install new screen gutters. They arrived early one morning (14 days prior to planed date), started working and in about 3 hours had entire job done to perfection. I highly recommend Ned Stevens. We are very pleased with service and workmenship.

I really did not want to even give 1 star! Worst company to hire. They did a terrible job, left leaves and sticks on the gutters and broke some guards! We’re supposed to send men back to correct but I did not hear from them so I don’t think they did. Do not hire this company!!
