Where is the Smart in the Smart bulb??? Thank goodness I only bought 2 light bulbs - didn't connect, and what is it about having to insert the wifi password every time you try to connect, and if I write FAQ on their "support" (irony intended) no results show up... This is my first attempt to try a smart product and I have to say it's not very smart at all...

Android App cannot find Nedis own plugs
Don't buy their products. I bought two smart plugs. They were impossible to add to my network. I tried on 3 different networks, and both methods to add them. In my router i could see that they were added to the network, but nedis smartlife app never found them, so they cannot be used.
I mailed with the support that ended in giving up. So now they are in the bin, and i will never buy nedis again.

Produkten er pinligt dårligst utviklet hva gjelder smarte styringer. Oversettelse i appen er katastrofe!
Kundeservice finnes ikke, ikke fåt svar på noen meldinger i ukesvis.
Aldrig mer nedis!

Stay far away
Stay far away. You will waste money and later time on useless support
Properly the worst ever experience with a smart product and customer support.
I bought 12 bulbs . gu10.
Figured out that everytime they got turned on by the switch the blinked at 100% brightness and cold white..(perfect for my child's room at night)
Even though they after 100ms after being turned on turns to the temperature and brightness they were turned off at.
All other brands does this correct but not nedis
Customer support should be called sales because they don't care at all.
Nedis say that they care about electronics.. Well maybe but its poorly made electronics then. And they for sure don't care about customers.
I will never buy a product in this brand ever again
I would never recommend this company and their products to any one
