The jersey I ordered is perfect. It fits great and was a wonderful gift. It looks great.

Thank you so much for your feedback!
If you'd like to order any jerseys in the future, please keep us in mind!
I ordered multiple jerseys and didn't realize they ship separately. No big deal but did have to ask support what the deal was before I figured it out. I would expect like anybody else that they would put your entire order into one shipment. The thing thats not so great is the jerseys are very thin. I bought a white jersey and it's practically see through. Definitely need to fix that but their jerseys are $80 instead of $200 so you get what you pay for, I suppose

Thank you for your honest feedback! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Regarding the separate shipments, we ship jerseys separately to reduce the risk of packages being lost in transit. It also allows us to ship each jersey as soon as it’s ready, so you can receive your order sooner instead of waiting for all the jerseys to be completed.
As for the material, we understand your concern. Some customers prefer a lighter, more breathable fabric with good moisture-wicking, which is why we chose this material. However, we’ll work on improving it so the jerseys stay breathable and comfortable without feeling too thin.
The jerseys are always of exceptional quality, and the pricing is spot-on. However, the shipping process makes it slightly challenging to maintain a regular order. Nevertheless, I will continue to place more orders and adjust my timing to ensure timely shipping.

We can’t wait to serve you again and are looking forward to your next order!
The product was not what we were expecting. The stitching was poorly done and the colors did not match. Other than the fabric, the jersey was something we could have bought at the local Walmart

We’re truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We’ve already replied to your email to help resolve this issue, but unfortunately, we haven’t received a response from you yet. Could you please check your spam or junk folder in case our email was filtered there?
If the jersey you received has any defects, poor-quality stitching, or does not match the product description, we’d be more than happy to resend a new jersey to you at no additional cost.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and would appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you.
