Exceptional customer service
Visited today after a break from riding for all new kit. Store is well stocked, clean and tidy with pretty much anything you might need. Great hat fitting experience
Best hat fitting experience I’ve ever had! The staff were all lovely and took their time to make sure that they found a hat that fit perfectly. I’m black and have a lot of hair and a big head, which has made it difficult for other shops to fit me in the past but this was not a problem at Naylors Nantwich.
I had also used the click and collect service to pick up some other items which was great!

I was really impressed with Kayleigh when I went in for some new boots. She went out of her way to show me what would suit my needs. She was very patient and spent the time with me to ensure I got a correct fit. We found all the Staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. This kind of service is rare and we would definitely recommend this store for all your equine needs

I am very picky with boots and an awkward size and Kayleigh and saffron did an amazing job at finding me the perfect boots and I must have tried on almost ten pairs and some of them fit but l didn’t like the style so after trying on many pairs both saffron and Kayleigh found me my dream boots that fit perfectly.
