Navan makes it very easy to add and setup your company.

Most things within the app are well thought through from a UX perspective.

The only downside is we occasionally get reports on difference in pricing when going direct to the airline.. although the teams are working through that.

Navan is a very user-friendly and dynamic platform that makes booking travel simple and efficient. The interface is intuitive, and the overall experience feels streamlined, which is great for managing trips quickly.

However, there are a few areas for improvement:

* Hotel pricing - can sometimes be higher compared to other platforms.
* On occasion - the site has crashed during the booking process, resulting in lost reservations.
* These issues, combined with occasional extra-high prices, can be frustrating.

Despite these challenges, the convenience and integrated features still make Navan a strong choice for business travel management.

Navan delivers excellent customer support across both chat and phone channels, with 24/7 availability that gives Travel Managers and travelers confidence that assistance is always within reach during business or personal trips. Their booking platform also offers an outstanding user experience, seamlessly adaptable on both desktop and mobile devices.

Seems good, but they're a terrible company to work with. I still had a $372 credit, but every time I booked a hotel, my account was blocked. I contacted them nine times in total. The credit has now expired, and I can't get through to customer service. My advice: don't use this company.

Navan is a modern and easy-to-use travel and expense management system. Getting started with Navan was easy, and I had a great implementation team.

Love our experience with Navan. The transition from other services to Navan was so much easier and better. So much easier to work with and the access to have all my point systems in one place as we book is amazing.

Navan is one of the most user-friendly online booking tools I've ever seen as a travel program leader in my 5 years of expertise. Its interface is intuitive, modern, and fresh. As an Admin, I have complete control over live changes I want to make on the platform to align with our travel policy/standard without requesting it from the Navan tech team or my account rep. I'm confident Navan is on the right track to keep improving features like car rentals and complex trips to make our experience even better

Navan is a travel platform with a satisfactory inventory of flights. It is easy to book a flight. Changing round trip flights can be quite cumbersome and you may not see the changes on your profile for a few days. I changed a flight on December 1st and still have not seen the changes on my profile or received an invoice. My flight is next week so I am anxious to confirm. Finance assists in providing invoicing all the time. Overall, the platform, the customer service and finance are good, but processing times and changes could be improved.

As a Travel & Expense Administrator, I work daily with different travel platforms, and Navan has been one of the most efficient and intuitive tools I’ve used. The only area where I wish I could share the same level of enthusiasm is the VIP service. The price feels a bit excessive considering the service doesn’t fully meet the ‘premium’ expectations. Hopefully this is an area that can continue improving.

I use Navan for all my company's business travel. It's fantastic! You can set your own travel policies that don't need approvals all the time. You get great prices and the rewards from Navan are phenomenal!!

I find the best hotel rates on Navan! They have helped both in the US and internationally. They are great!

As a costumer for Mexico, I really desliked the fact that you do not offer "facturas". As a mexican bussiness it is very important for us to have access to them and if not then you should let us know beforehand because many hotels wont issue them to us when using a 3rd party platform like NAVAN when booking.

Navan has given my department controls over travel expenditures, and the rewards for staying within company policies are saving us money and enticing employees to use cost effective travel arrangements.
