The products never arrived. They said I never placed an order. Thankfully I had gone though PayPal so I filed a complaint to get a refund. I should have read all the reviews before I ordered. Very poor customer service. I guess they can afford to have poor customer service as they are worth $8 Billion dollars !! And here they are refusing to refund my $96. 🤬🤬🤬

I wish I'd read the reviews here before I ordered from them. I ordered a cereal and the package I got had different ingredients from what had been posted to their platform. (The new ingredient didn't fit into my diet plan; i.e. cane sugar). I had to go back and forth with them as I told them I'd have to throw out what they sent me due to the added sugar. One customer service agent gave me "Natura Cash" credit (which means you have to continue shopping there to use it); one agent said, "Too bad." I wish I could find an online site that had great customer service and a wide array of products :-( I'll keep looking.

The products were nicely packaged and I could tell the care the person who wrapped the items had. The card I could read the name Fato. Fato did a wonderful job. The products were also wrapped in a very sustainable manner. All using paper to protect items. The chocolates came with an ice pack. The items were shipped quickly toi! Thank you! I had a great and wonderful experience with Natura Marke!

We were loyal customers buying frequently from this retailer. Received defective food items that were not edible. Email exchanges with customer service just went back and forth without leading to a clear solution.

Waste of time and money. Avoid this retailer.

NaturaMarket would rather threaten a paying customer regarding a box that came damaged than acknowledge that their shipping department should be responsible for how they packed the box. I placed an order, when they had a sale, of 8 nut milks. There is a disclaimer that they will not honour more that 6, which I was not aware of, but they still shipped the 8, despite their website saying they won't. Their shipping department did not package the shipment properly, or refuse the extra 2 as they say they will, or use a second box which they have advised is not standard procedure. Instead of admitting their shipping department should have done better, I have been threatened that if I choose to do another order of more than 6 of this product they will not honour any damage. Terrible customer service! Who knew there were company's out there that actually do NOT want you to buy from them. I wish I didn't have to.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! My order was delivered in a very dissatisfying manner and was damaged. I contacted Natura Market and they would not provide a refund. Extremely difficult to deal with and would not recommend!!!

I have been ordering for a couple of years and have been satisfied up until now There was a problem with my bill I was overcharged and not given the sale price I reached out several times via phone and email AND NO RESPONSE Horrible customer service Be careful when ordering

Do not order from them! If you receive any items that are broken you will have to argue with them forever to hopefully get a refund so make sure you absolutely keep track of everything. Their customer service is super unhelpful and rude.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. My goods came damaged (fluid had leaked everywhere), so as a normal human being I tossed the damaged box...BUT these guys would like pictures of everything to PROVE the items are damaged...UGH...what the hell kind of policy is that??? Contacted Customer Service and they are THE worst ever. Never in my life have I experienced such terrible customer service...zero responsibility, zero understanding and zero refund. Reading the other comments, I see that this is not something new and despite photos being provided, they STILL do not refund people for damaged goods. WOW!!! No thanks, it was my first time ordering from them and I will NEVER order from them again.

I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews. I have been using this site for about a year now and have had zero issues with their products, shipping, or customer service. They put A LOT of care into packing the orders.

I've purchased other things as well but mainly I have my Carboonaut products shipped from them. They arrive fresh, undamaged and very well packaged. I've never found carbonaught bread at a better price unless it was on sale and then it was frozen.

be aware when purchasing from this website. they sale products with very tight best before date. also there customer service was very bad they only said that when I contacted customer service they said that there policy is only to guarantee 30 days for best before date and they can't do anything and BBD doesn't mean it's expired and you can still use it. what type of answer is this.

Please be wary purchasing from this company as they lack accountability and quality control. Part of my order came with the best before date passed and one item actually came smelling really off. I brought this up to the customer service team and they very quickly just through their policy at me that states their items can have a passed best before date - no recognition of my concern or anything. Clearly they are trained to do this because they get many emails regarding this issue. EVERY item in my large order should not have a best before that has passed! Even if its in your policy, it shouldnt he a recurring theme!

Nonetheless- due to convenience- i decided to try them 2 more times. I wrote a negative review regarding the expiry date and off spelling food.

Next order comes in- again, the best before has passed. Didn’t bother saying anything because they are not accountable for this. I decided to just take advantage of their black friday sale one more time- put some thought into what i was getting… and later noticed I was refunded. When i reached out they stated our expectations didnt align.

So… let me get this straight… our expectations don’t align because I called you out for CONSISTENTLY sending old food items? And you cant handle a negative review? So only people who write positive reviews get your business?

This is consistent with other reviews here and is indicative of a pattern. You sell old items and only keep the customers who don’t check the date on these things. I get it, we dont want to waste food and sometimes its fine to go past the best before date… but EVERY item from a business should not be that close to the date! You guys sold me monk fruit sweetener that had this issue- a big bag- i am not going to be able to finish that anytime soon- nor should I.

I have been ordering from this website for about 5 years, I love getting healthier products that I cannot find in store. I have never had an issue with any of my packages, they always come with ice and buffers to avoid anything breaking.

The website has an amazing collection of healthy products and that is why I have been a customer for years now. Recently, I ordered creamers with other items; the creamers leaked and were all over the box - even the FedEx delivery personnel was asking the management whether I wanted to receive the package. Unfortunately, the management could not get in touch with me and accepted the package. I opened the package while it was leaking and took photos. I disposed of the package as everything was soaked in the creamer. I contacted customer support and the representative actually asked me to "wipe" off the creamer in the package and offered refunds for the creamers and an extra $5 for my troubles. Are they expecting the customers to sit around a soaking package and wipe off the creamers that were poorly packed in the first place? I respectfully declined the refund and the $5. This was just insulting as a regular customer. Truly unfortunate and disappointing!

I bought several carbonaught “bread” products. I had read about poor packaging from Natura market but that was not the case. There was brown paper in the box protecting some of my items and my three more squishy items were also packed in their own boxes inside. Website was easy to use. Arrived in 4 business days.

Part of my order from Natura Market came damaged (multiple liquid flavor packs had exploded in prepackaged noodles). I had photo evidence of this to provide for them but had thrown the damaged goods away because it was food. Natura Market would not provide a refund or store credit unless I had the actual product to ship back to them. Terrible policy to stand by and terrible customer service. Would not recommend shopping here as they have no accountability for quality that your order will arrive in.
