Hice una compra a finales de noviembre para regalo de navidad. A dia de hoy 24 de febrero aun sigo sin haberlo recibido. He enviado unos cuantos correos, solo me contestaron el primero, diciendo que habia retrasos en los envios por el temporal que hacía. Les dije que igualmente ya no lo queria y queria un reembolso porque ya habia pasado navidad, pues sigo sin respuesta. ES UNA ESTAFA!!

no reply to emails no phone working so cannot get through to anyone no body answering phone which seems to have been disconnected!

Absolute scam. There is no product. Very well put together but I fell for it. Popular products that they don't have. You will not get it. based in China. Do not touch

My concern was the amount of time it took to receive the product. The tracking code was incorrect therefore I had no idea if this was a scam or not. It is very difficult to contact the company, received an automated email and then no follow up. I can confirm that my package arrived today, 12 days after it was posted. It is advertised as arriving between 3-5 days so I am presuming the problem lies with Royal Mail. My complaint is that the tracking number was incorrect so therefore I had no idea if this company was a scam or not. You really need to improve your customer services as I have seen many reviews where the product never arrived.

I’ve only started using this company recently due to the good reviews of the company and personal friends just ordered the cbd oil which was delivered the next day also customer service is very good indeed so I’ll be sticking with this company for the foreseeable future

The honey is very nice - i actually use it as a homemade facemask with a bit of oil, i find it helps my skin when its feeling a bit dry especially in the cold weather.

I have been using the CBD oil from naturalis for a while now and can honestly say it is the best one I have used, it’s helped majorly with my anxiety and can’t see myself ever going back!
Recently also purchased the moisturiser and has been really helpful for me as I suffer with dry skin, loving it so far!!

Products are amazing! My face is glowing. But i just wanted to say the customer service i recieved was 10/10, thank you!!

I got one of their big hampers for myself for some lockdown "selfcare" and it was so lovely, beautifully packaged and all the products felt like a luxurious treat. I especially liked the balm, it smelt divine, aromatic, similar to the well known spa balm! I bought this for myself but will buy again as a gift for sure.

It has given my mother 2+ years of quality life.

Company is run by fraudsters, in particular Irfan Rafiq who gains commission on sales. He is being promoted by his sister Lubna Rafiq. Google both individuals and you’ll find they are fraudsters in every business they venture. Products they are promoting on Naturalis do not work, it will be a waste of money and a fight to get your money back. Avoid and go to a reputable company instead

I felt like I wasted my money and this didn't work.

The director of the company is a scammer. He never delivered the items and never reimbursed our money.

This company is a fraud. The owner is fraud. I recently made a purchase and received poor service, no replies to my numerous emails. When I researched the company, in transpired that I’ve been robbed by the same director before. No one answers your calls and it rings out. No one replies to your email when you message them. Fraud

The product doesn't work and has been heavily diluted... The owner refuses to use it themself and has blocked me when I asked for my money back.

This company doesn't deliver on what they say.

Mornings can be very hard. Especially when dealing with anxiety and mild depression. I am thankful I was introduced to Naturalis, and have been implementing the morning capsules into my daily regimen. I feel a lot more organised, productive and on a whole - happier!
