This is a very helpful platform and easy to use.

Native Teams is very beneficial to freelancers. They offer many tools to choose from that you can use in your everyday work, most importantly they offer EOR services and receiving payments.

Great service and great customer support. I have need to write one name from their customer support, and that is agent called Dragi.

Things have improved and they are running smoothly. Dragi has been on top of it. No complaints in recent months.

Giving three stars as customer service is there to help and deserves 5*. I almost had issues with payments and paycheck processing every month of using their service.

One issue took a month to resolve and constantly had to keep track if the correct funds were deducted or not.

Again, 3* just because of lovely customer service people.

While I encountered some hiccups initially when working with the platform, everything has been resolved now. Kristijan Gjorgiovski provided excellent assistance and helped me with any questions I had.

The verification process and the customer service are the best I've seen so far their customer support helped me a lot during this process and it was done quiet smoothly, i recommend platform this platform to every freelancer reading this its quiet helpful for us to receive payments!

From start to finish, their response was prompt and professional. A special shoutout to Natalija, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions at every step with clarity and patience, ensuring that I fully understood everything. Thank you for creating such a smooth and pleasant experience!

This company is a scam! I processed payment 2 weeks ago but until now they haven't released my money. They always say i have an correct bank account! it's a lie. never use this company guys!

The EOR concept and the software are a great idea. Native Teams supports customers from the North American market, yet there is no account manager working on US times.

It has been nearly impossible to get in touch with staff in a timely manner and if they respond it will be 1-2 am PST US time making NativeTeams a bad choice for US businesses looking to use them.

It has been extremely frustrating to say the least to work with them. We are now going to miss the start date we promised to 4 Philippines employees. It made us look extremely bad.

How can we trust that they will support us if they do not have any available resources to respond to our inquires. I am very disappointed.

Been waiting on a payment since June 1st. Native says it should be rejected due to using the wrong details. The company wants a bank statement to begin retrieving my payment. Native won't give me a bank statement showing my account activity and my account details. So if one of your payments "goes missing", they will not cooperate in helping you retrieve it. My cash is up in the air and has been that way since June 1st.

NATIVE TEAMS SCAM WEBSITE (Detailed Analysis)

1. They will confuse you between US$ and Euro € , somewhere they will use $ and somewhere € .
(so you will get confused between subscription fees , in FAQ section they said they will charge subscription fees in $ , but after creating account they will show fees in €.

2. They haven't mentioned anything clear on their website about fees, transaction charges , currency conversion charges etc. so that they can easily charge whatever they want.

3. Without subscription you can only accept payments, you can't do anything except accepting payments.

4. Customer support is like upset GF/BF.
They will only reply if you ask easy and simple questions from them , if you ask for any hard question like fees ,they won't reply. Late reply like upset GF/BF is very normal.

5. Firstly they will charge subscription fees, then they will charge currency conversion fees in the form of low conversion rates, then they will charge high withdrawal fees 10€ (10€ in my case, maybe you will be charged even higher) for your local bank transfer.

6. If you manage to get to the withdrawal page , then they will ask your bank account details in a manner so that you fill them wrong, and after you request for withdrawal , it will get declined because of wrong details and then they will again charge fees for failed withdrawal. THIS IS A JOKE WEBSITE.

7. Debit card will take 30 days to arrive.

8. All good reviews are fake , even Trustpilot shows this warning on top of their website (We’ve found out that this company has been displaying Trustpilot content incorrectly).

9. Stay away from this website, some youtubers are promoting this website , because they are being paid to do this.

10. I am already been scammed , because i thought i could save myself from high transaction fees of Paypal, that's why i started using this S$HIT WEBSITE .
Now i know paypal charge high transaction fees but doesn't scam like this.
STAY AWAY FROM NATIVE TEAMS , BE SAFE

I am impressed with Native's rapidity and also with the worldwide services that I am soon going to apply to. Thank you, and keep up the excellent work!

I started using the service recently after a friend recommended them, and I've only had a great experience so far! I'm still early in the process as this will be my first month as a EOR client, but so far it's looking great. The setup process has been really smooth and simpler than expected, considering that it's not easy; there's a lot of bureaucracy involved when dealing with official entities.

I've been taken care of by Anastasija, who has been truly amazing: extremely proactive and reliable.

I'll update this review in the future once I've been using the service for a while to confirm!

Update on June 9th '24: No issues at all, the service has been reliable month after month and the experience gets better!
