I was impressed with the quality of her work. She was thorough and extremely attentive to detail. My home feels spotless now and she went above and beyond in all areas.

The cleaner was polite, efficient and demonstrated meticulous attention to detail. She was friendly, nice and arrived early.

Danielle is a good cleaner and I am pleased with her, but she is sometimes a bit late due to her bus being late. Still, she is polite and does a good job, so I have kept her on and not requested another lady from the agency.

This is the first time I have used a home cleaner. Bena who has been assiged to me has done a first class job and I will be continue her services in the future, booking a monthly slot, the next being next month.

It was wonderful service! A really good clean. I am disable so it helped me.

Disappointed

Arranged for Diana to call to do an initial clean for 2 hours or more whatever it was going to take.
she was supposed to come at 12 noon Tuesday 6th Aug 2024 but rang me at 11.55 to say she had been stuck at Leeds because of the riots.
She shown me her diary a week ago and she was apparantly working in a care home on Monday the 5th.
I would have cancelled the standing order but by the time she rung me it had already been taken from my account, I hope to have it refunded .But I'm not holding my breath.
If she had rung me the night before or early on the day it would be more believeable
I even gave her a lift home on our 1st meeting to save her getting a bus or a taxi.

I have been very happy to have them help us out on a regular basis. Rukia is positive and a pleasure. Her styling touches are a fun bonus that we love! Her arrival time is not always exactly on time due to the bus that my be typical with other cleaning companies. I'm not sure. Sometimes there are areas I would have liked to have been cleaned more thoroughly or deeper but if i communicate that the next time and make it clear with what exactly I want., she always hears what I'm asking for and gets it done.

My mother uses the services of Nationwide cleaners. The house sparkles after Julia, her fortnightly cleaning lady, has finished. She even leaves special notes for my mum. I am happy to recommend them!

I'm not a fan of hiring someone to do work you can do yourself but these cleaners are worth the money and they make my life a lot easier.

For several months, I have been hiring Nationwide Sussex for my fortnightly cleaning needs. The cleaning service is quite reasonable priced, especially considering the level of service plus I have two dogs. Carla is really easy to work with and the service is very easy to schedule and manage. I can't say enough good things about Carla - she cleaned my house and she did such a fantastic job, I asked to have her come back every time since I'm always impressed with the quality of her work.

My home was really dusted and needed substantial cleaning. The lady did an impressive job of cleaning everything up and now the place looks dust free.

I've bee using Nationwide cleaners to clean our house for more than a year and I highly recommend them. They use our green cleaning products that are perfect for our household because we have a newborn and dogs. The cleaners was professional, kind and efficient, arriving within the specified arrival slot. The customer service is outstanding as well.

I know that cleaning my home could not have been easy, but the cleaner made it look like it was. Joan had a great attitude and cleaned my kitchen and bathrooms.

I was in a panic to have my house cleaned. I called up a few cleaning service companies. Most of them were busy and would not be available until a week later. I called Nationwide Cleaners Sussex and a cleaning lady was available 2 days later. This was perfect. I got them to come in and they did an excellent job in getting things cleaned.

I'm a bit OCD so it's difficult for me to trust others to clean the way I do. This company has been good. We've been using them as our regular service for about 6 months now. The cleaners are always polite and it really does make my life easier to have thorough cleaning done every 2 weeks so that we have more time to enjoy ourselves. Aisha is always surprisingly fast!

Having used these cleaners for a few months, it has been a bit hit and miss. The initial cleaner was good, but then she unfortunately left due to personal circumstances. The next one was nice, but not so great so I requested a faster replacement. The latest one is an improvement so I hope that she will stay.

I would recommend Kate and her crew at Nationwide Cleaners. They did a decent job cleaning our home. They are detailed and flexible.

Katie has been our cleaner for a year now and she is great. Always cheerful and she gets the work done most efficiently. It is a real pleasure to recommend her.

To start I need to say that I am not someone who formally complains easily, and I definitely do not write negative reviews, but unfortunately the service from Nationwide Cleaners’ Cheshire franchise has been so poor I have felt compelled to do.

I have been a customer for 4 weeks and in that time have had 3 cleaners. The first cleaner was a nice enough (in fact they were all nice) but she turned out to be unreliable (the first week she forgot she had a funeral (but did come the following day), the second week she left early because she was feeling poorly and the third week she sent a text on the day of the clean to say she would not be coming because she had found a full time position. The franchise owner (I will come back to him) arranged for someone else to come that day, who then called to say she had gone to the wrong address (i.e. the wrong town) and couldn't make it. The last person did turn up on time and did her full slot, so that was an improvement, however there was a problem with the kitchen tap after she left (it was wobbly and loose where it wasn't before she arrived). I notified the owner about the tap and simply asked that he arrange for it to be resealed, but despite the rubbish experience I had had to date, the video evidence sent and that I had paid the cleaner for her work (I didn't see the tap until after she left and had paid her cash, but why would I do that if I was going to scam them!) rather than just sorting it , he chose to challenge me about my honesty or understanding of what or how it had happened. Why would I lie about it? I could buy sealant for less than £5 at the shop! It was genuinely like being gas lighted.

I had not complained about the first cleaners original attendance issues but he did know about it as I'd told him following her last minute cancellation as that was just v poor form.
The cleans on all occasions were average (cleaning product still on sink, mirrors not polished, toilet still dirty on one occasion) and I didn't complain about those either, as I work on the basis things could improve as you get to know each other, and frankly I don't have time to complain, but I don't expect to be told I am lying when I have given them absolutely no reason to think that I would do that.

The customer service from the franchisee was very poor. They were in touch to arrange connections (and take his cut) but he has not once followed up after a meet or a clean to see how it went, including on the last replacement when you would have thought he was interested to know it had gone well. And then as mentioned he has now refused to resolve the issue that has arisen and left me with no choice but to write this review.

From what I can tell this is not a professional cleaning service. In my experience the cleaners are not experienced/trained cleaners, and there is no 'Nationwide' standards. I do not blame the cleaners, I genuinely think the last cleaner was trying to do a really good job, she just hasn't been trained and unfortunately the franchisee has made this into a far bigger issue than it needed to be had he just fixed the problem.

An absolute rip off since the money you are paying to Nationwide does not give you anything more than in introduction. Worse still a huge waste of my time. Steer clear folks.
