Very polite, helpful and explained repair, turned up at appointed time, and they did job straight off , went for your wiper offer and later when in Halfords found you were cheaper , that's a great plus point.

Hassle free appointment booking, although had to wait almost a week which was a pain.
If I could have got vehicle to depot it would have been sooner but due to damage vehicle was not safe or legal to drive).

Friendly and very efficient
Friendly and very efficient local technician came out the following day. The only glitch was a problem with the National Windscreens auto-payment system. It drove me nuts as it kept repeating the wrong registration number for me to confirm and its voice recognition was faulty - I have a clear voice with no accent. After several minutes I got diverted to a real person who sent me a bank transfer link and did say there had been issues with a new payment system, so I wasn't the only person. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star review.
