it was great very quick only down side was told it could be upto 4hrs so wife had to have day off to pick me up but went to have breakfast and was done in an hour (not moaning it was quick lol)

Guy’s turned up at my home at the time they said they would, they removed old/fitted new screen, cleaned up and all done in good time, the guy’s were pleasant and informative - what’s not to like 👍

replacement windscreen was installed ok ,
there was a sat nav unit on the inside of the wind screen . now it just keeps falling off . i have had to use a cable zip tie to tie it up so it stops the unit falling and smash the unit on the center console.

Very accommodating
Originally I had booked a morning slot but changed in just over 24 hours before it was due. It was very easy to change the appointment to an afternoon slot. When the technician rang me to say he was on the way, I was still at work and I told him I’d be about 15 minutes. He said ‘don’t worry, I’ll come to you’. This was great because it meant that I didn’t have to stress and rush about. He was extremely polite and professional. He had the windscreen replaced and the keys handed back to me within 20 minutes. I couldn’t have faulted anything.

Broken clip housing 'glued' with hot melt glue which failed and allowed the clip housing to become detached and A-Pillar Finisher to come adrift

Had a glass repair
Had a glass repair, the team member who came was polite and friendly. Five mins later it was done. Anyone being told it looks 70% better don’t believe it I only looked from the outside when he showed me which was my mistake. The repair quality looks poor and would not have one again

windscreen change
Trims and mouldings not fitted correctly. Do not line up. Rain sensor and headlight sensors are intermittent, No new gell pad fitted behind sensor and windscreen. Quite shoddy workmanship really. This was an insurance claim.

Good service
I was kept informed as to when I could expect the technician to replace my windsceen. The technician messaged/phoned me when he was en route to my property with the expected time of arrival. I opted for the home service. The excess, as it was claimed through my insurance, was paid upfront so there was no delay in the work being carried out. The technician was friendly, efficient and, on completion of the work, advised me as to when I could safely drive and clean the car.
