Accidental Damage
Unfortunately on collection of my car the replacement screen was found to have cracked and I am waiting for an appointment to replace it under your warranty scheme and awaiting dates and times for replacement.

Great customer service
The staff very helpful and explained process, I turned up early to leave the vehicle , no problem and I was telephoned when all completed in an earlier time than expected. Very impressed, special mention to Barry who gave great customer service interaction, a good people person.
