Nice and easy people to deal with. Courteous and helpful. All details about procedure and estimated times were given when we dropped the car off. Got a call bang on the time given to say job was completed and car was ready to be collected. Can't ask for a better service.

Had windscreen on Polestar 2 replaced. Originally 4hrs was allocated. Done in 2hrs and very happy with the result. Friendly and proficient staff. Would use again if the need arose.

After calling me and asking to bring…
After calling me and asking to bring the car in early, I moved things round to get there. The car ended up sitting there for 4 hours before being touched after I called for an update. The team apparantley never knew it was there even though they booked it in and took the key of me. 7 and a half hours it took to get this done!

The team did a nice and tidy job
The team did a nice and tidy job of replacing my chip damaged windscreen. It might have been OK if repaired but having it repaired meant no problem for the MOT
The only issue I had was that they didn't call me to confirm it was finished, I just returned close to closing time.

Your company person was extremely helpful, professional and polite. It was a pleasure to do business with him.
Unfortunately this could not be said of the call centre person, who was neither friendly or helpful and I would not like to have to deal with her again. I got the third degree on how the windscreen was damaged and it felt she did not believe me.

Great guy and on time.
My only complaint is I had a repair done and it looks no different to before which is very disappointing. I can foresee an advisory of every MOT going forward.
If I had known it was going to make no difference cosmetically then I would have paid an extra £75 excess and had a brand new windscreen fitted.

Rude chaps in reception on arrival
Rude chaps in reception on arrival. Our technician came through after we had been ignored by one in the office until I went into the work area. He could not have been more charming and helpful. 5* for him.
On arrival to collect the car 2 older chaps in reception ignored us for 10 mins while they were on either the computer or phone. Our technician came through when he saw us and again was so charming. 5* again. The older chaps certainly don’t set good customer service example at all.

Very friendly and efficient staff
Very friendly and efficient staff. Went for a windscreen replacement through insurance and it was all done in 3 hours. Staff were friendly and told me the shortest route to walk to the shops with my toddler.
