I had a very good experience with National Windscreens. Although there was a small mistake during the first appointment, the technician was very honest and professional. When fixing it, he showed us a small mark that was not easily visible, which I really appreciated. He was genuine, transparent and willing to put things right. He also arranged a convenient time for another appointment to fix my windscreen. I really appreciate his honesty, helpful attitude and excellent customer service. The windscreen wipers didn't work properly afterwards and we didn't discover this until we were on holiday abroad.
