Original booking cancelled !!!
My windscreen replacement was processed through insurance so I didn’t have a choice of supplier. The windscreen was border line illegal so i needed to get it replaced ASAP, and didn’t want to drive the vehicle until it was replaced. I made the booking online as you have to and after my first choice depots based on location ( Lincoln & Nottingham) availability was poor, I went further afield to Peterborough, The booking was confirmed and I put plans in place to get time off and get the vehicle there on the booked date. ….. Only to get a call 3 days later saying my booked slot was not available and I needed to rebook for a later time / date !!!!! The experience at the depot on the day, and the replacement was good, which is more than I can say about the booking process.

The first window screen was broken
The first window screen was broken. The car got stolen an they wouldn't give money back not even a pennies. Avoid if possible

Do not recommend Peterborough branch.
My vehicle has been to your Peterborough branch for a windscreen replacement on Wednesday 6th May and back in on 7th May. The first windscreen was warped to the top 6-8 inches and not calibrated correctly. When I got in my car with no warning that there was an issue within branch, I was met with errors on the dashboard and multiple audible warnings. I went back in to be told “oh we knew a car had an issue but didn’t think it was yours” .
They ordered a replacement screen for fitting 7th, which should have been completed for lunchtime collection however on chasing was not ready.
This screen is also warped and not fit for purpose, it causes double vision on the lower half of the screen and on the HUD
I have serious concerns with the quality of workmanship your branch has demonstrated so far.
Awaiting resolution once and for all.
UPDATE 18/5/26
Visited branch, customer resolutions lady Vicki look at screen, said could see what I meant on HUD area being distorted(have dashcam audio ;) ). However when Steve the branch manager looks at car with her she states no I couldn’t see anything either(again on dashcam audio). Steve is not a pleasant man, when told I would take to alternative windscreen company and manufacture to assess he became very argumentative stating my rear window is also warped and should get manufacturer/dealer to sort that. I stated I don’t tend to drive backwards so the minimal time I do look through it does not impact the safety or usability.
Windscreen company third party assessment - definitely warped in lower area as noted.See too many of these issues with the glass manufacturer fitted.
Main dealer for vehicle - 2 areas of screen with defects within drivers and passengers line of vision.
Insurance now stepped in to replacement windscreen at a competitor due to ineptitude of Peterborough branch.
