Very different experience.
This was my second visit as I was unhappy with the previous windscreen fitted and the customer service.
What a very different experience this time!
I am happy enough with the windscreen, I understand that Aftermarket is not the same quality glass as OEM but the first one fitted was shocking. To be clear it was problems with the glass not the workmanship.
Customer service this time was exceptional. Spoke to Steve who couldn't have been nicer and apologised for my previous experience in his absence.
Again good workmanship, completed in a timely manner, car was immaculate when I collected it

The actual replacement was fabulous
The actual replacement was fabulous. He came at time he said he would and did a great job. Clear instructions of what to do and what not to do . Friendly fella.
Downside was having it booked in for 0830 on the Monday for it to be moved back three times in that day without knowing why that was. Then replacement was cracked ( not their fault) and so could t be done that day anyway. Working full time makes that difficult.

Professional efficiency
I received polite and efficient customer service from start to finish. The telephone booking agent gave clear information and indicated my booking options. I was greeted in a polite and appropriate manner at the Newcastle unit where I was given detailed information of the timing required for the process. This was adhered to and the immediate aftercare explained before one very satisfied customer drove away. Thank you all.

Great service and staff
They were great I rang up with a query and they answered straight away the man on the desk and looked like he ran it was polite to everyone that came in. Great communication, was done in a few hours and there is a lovely cafe walking distance on the river front to wait.

Very easy and efficient to use
Very easy to book the appointment and the work was completed more quickly than estimated, no fuss and incredibly smooth. Only feedback would be an excess of communication prior to the appointment with 10+ texts/emails all confirming/reminding the same thing. Would recommend though.
