The waiting room was uncomfortable and freezing cold. There was no tea or coffee, as the location is secluded there are no external options.

Windscreen Replacement
I was greeted politely, with an updated estimate, regarding the completion of the work. This culminated in the installation of the new windscreen being sooner than expected. Advice was given on the duration of time, before the car should be washed, to assist curing.
