Windscreen not ready and additional charges
Windscreen wasn't onsite for the first booking and not advised until we were nearly at the centre. Took 3 weeks for the windscreen to arrive ready for fitting and then tried to charge additional money when it had already been paid for at the time of the initial booking
Was supposedly resolved but still being asked for more money !!!

Broken Sun Visor and hand marks on headliner
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the condition of my vehicle following the recent windscreen replacement carried out by your operative.
I would like to make it clear that my vehicle was in perfect condition prior to the work being undertaken. However, I discovered this morning that the driver-side sun visor is now broken. As the sun visor is only typically used in bright conditions, I did not notice the issue immediately. Upon using it today, I found that it is fully detached/broken from one side.
It is also concerning that the operative neither repaired the damage nor informed me of it at the time of completion.
In addition, there are visible installer hand marks on the headliner above and surrounding the windscreen following the replacement, which indicates a lack of care and professionalism during the work.
This situation is unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be addressed promptly. I request that the damaged sun visor be repaired or replaced at no cost to me, and that the interior marks are properly cleaned.
I look forward to your prompt response.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS
If I could rate a 1 I would. UTTERLEY useless. Advise it is going to be a 08:30/9 drop off - I accomodate by changing everything around within my day. Then an email the afternoon before advising its now 10am.... i try NUMEROUS times to contact them yesterday afternoon. They were supposed to return call - never did. I can't do that time - it's too late. I have a car I can't drive in rain as the windscreen will shred the wipers. And they say 'I can only apologise...' I would NEVER recommend
