Found a small scuff on top left of the screen there was shards of broken windscreen glass on my dash and bonnet and there is a square trim cover that's vanished .

Shocking
Shocking! Appointment booked for the 28th Jan. No show and no phone call to say that they wouldn’t attend. Spoke to the call centre who said they would leave a message for the depot manager to call me in the morning.
29th-no call back so contacted the call centre. They rang back to say that the depot manager said I was called on the 28th to tell me that the weather had meant they couldn’t get to me on the day. I didn’t get any calls. New appointment made for the 30th.
30th - I get a call to say due to staff absences can I get to the depot? Appointment made for 12.30. I took the car to Ipswich depot and a new screen was fitted.
31st- drove for 6 miles in very light drizzle. Windscreen leaked! Call centre contacted and new appointment made for the 3rd Feb.
3rd Feb- call received from technician who when told of the leak says it needs a replacement screen so he can’t do it on this day. He made a new appointment for the 6th Feb.
6th feb- technician arrives 11.30 but with the wrong screen. Returned 14.00 and fitted new screen and departed. When I looked I’ve found that the headlight sensor has been badly fitted and not aligned to the markings on the screen.

Unorganised
I arrived to be told that my booking had been cancelled. No communication received via email or text prior.
On leaving I was then told there had been a mistake and booking had not been cancelled. All appeared to be very unorganised and chaotic
The actual repair was excellent with no concerns.

Poor customer service.
Whilst I cannot fault the fitters work, the customer service was shocking and the branch was extremely scruffy and unwelcoming for customers. After receiving a call to tell me I was late for the appt, which I pointed out to them was incorrect as I had an email with the correct appt time on, they asked if I could attend earlier. I was told they had staff sickness and wanted to finish early. I made arrangements to finish work even earlier and headed to their branch. On arrival I was met by a swearing employee who berated his colleagues for going sick and then told me they hadnt got the glass so couldnt do it. In his words, its mullered!!!! I was annoyed as the appointment had been booked for 2 weeks and I had to take leave from work to make the appointment. We rebooked and they assured me this time the glass would be there. At this appointment sitting in a very cold and unwelcoming area I had to listen to the same employee constantly swearing and telling me how rubbish the company was. Great for a customer to hear. I was told I could go away and come back, where to I ask, I had no transport, they had my car and it's on an industrial unit no where near facilities, even a toilet. For a national company it does little to inspire a recommendation for others to use. It is a shame my insurance company use this provider as it does little to represent their national reputation either.

Super service
Every single person I met there was genuinely helpful.
I called in the day before my appointment to see what time i could drop off as I had a conflicting appointment. There were several fitters in reception at the time. They had a discussion between them and arranged their work to solve my problem. Took them 5 mins and everyone happy.
When I collected the car, I saw 2 more fitters, both absolutely charming and professional.
I could not wish for more
