National Moves & Storage Arvostelua

Great service, fast, efficient and friendly.

Excellent removal men. They were polite, friendly and took control of the situation. I was impressed with their professionalism and their flexibility. I would award them both 5 stars for their work.

However unfortunately, despite having a survey undertaken by National Moves, the van which they brought was definitely not big enough and a second trip was required. The van got stuck in traffic on its return and therefore we ended up taking 11 hours to move house 40 minutes away.

First thing to mention, I got my dates mixed up and when I called National Moves to find out where they were they politely informed me I had booked them in the following day. They were really helpful and super kind by still coming over at the end of their day to help me move.
Alex kept me informed all day as to their ETA which really lowered my stress levels. The guys who came around were friendly and professional and worked fast.

Amazing workers, worked so hard and fit everything in, top service. Both were lovely men, and work around us and what we needed. Would highly reccomend and will be using them again.

Extremely professional and helpful. Won't ever use another company again.

Excellent , fast response with alex

Very happy with the service from this company. Alex and his crew were amazing (all 3 times they moved things for us). Nothing was too much for them, and they were very friendly. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Friendly, uber-professional and quick! Will be def be using again. Deserves way more than 5 stars! Thank you so much!

The team of Alex, Dominic, Anicet and Bradley were excellent. They were courteous, friendly and efficient. They did a superb job of wrapping our large furniture items and removing and loading all our possessions. They checked with us throughout the task to ensure they were taking the correct items and leaving the items that were not going into storage. We will not hesitate to recommend National Moves to others.

Great!!! service they kept my furniture secure and loads it quickly . Will definitely be using them again

Perfect. Excellent and friendly service. Timely and efficient. No issues at all

Excellent communication between the driver. Really quick to book the delivery service. Enjoyed the chat with the driver on the way up. Really cool guy who saved me a lot of headache by arriving ahead of time. Really appreciate the service and will use the business again in the future. Thanks JJ

I would avoid. After having a very bad and in my opinion abusive experience I wrote a bad review and now they are threatening me with a defamation lawsuit if I don’t remove my bad review. So now I am writing this because I feel bullied and intimidated.

The guys worked really hard and fast despite the 3 floors of stairs to get up. All delivered in good shape.

The movers were very friendly but could do with a more positive mindset. They were not as well prepared as they could have been for the job (no fuel in van) but did well to get us moved in a reasonable time and were very helpful. They had good clear communication throughout the job, with an accurate estimation of how long the move would take. Thank you very much !
