Chased me for 5 years for an unpaid PCN
Part of the industry described by MPs as an "outrageous scam perpetrated on the motorist" (Hansard HC Deb 2 February 2018, vol 635 cols 1159-60).
Napier chased me via their legal agent BW Legal for 5+ years for an unpaid Parking Charge Notice that I was not liable for. During this period I received emails and letters including 4 identical "Letters of Claim". Thankfully the alleged debt is now statute barred.

Since then I have helped many other victims of this industry beat companies like this in court with a greater than 90% success rate.

Absolutely awful company. I parked for 11 minutes and tried multiple times to use the app and website to pay for a ticket. I took a screenshot of the page not working and sent this screenshot when I appealed the £60 fine I was given but was told it wasn't sufficient evidence and I had time to buy a ticket.. even though nothing was working?! Absolute money grabbing vermin.

Charged me £60 when I paid for two hours and went over by 10 minutes. Joke of a company and should be ashamed in cost of living crisis.

Absolute bonkers of a company and the parking warden who gave me a ticket. I'm a delivery driver and I had to park in a disable bay in a car park to load off because everyone sits or parks their car in normal bays so I can't do my job. I come do deliveries here twice a week and this new warden on his phone talking and saw me coming back to my van and ignored me as I said I was doing a delivery. I had my back doors opened and hazard lights on too. That idiot. This was in collindale area. I appealed to them and they rejected. Absolute scamming pricks.

28 days to reply joke. I was charged incorrectly but hey, that's par for the course BUT they say they will reply within 28 Days of my enquiry. This has too be the worst company service in the country.

Having transgressed their elongated rules and regulations we appealed with a medical emergency causing us to return late to our vehicle. However you MUST understand all this company are interesting it is extricating as much money from you as they can so I doubt even a heart attack in your car or worse would fail to win an appeal against them they care nothing for you all they want is your money!! We appealed their rejection of our appeal but once you do that the discounted offer of £60 is then withdrawn under their small print so whatever you do they will expect your £100 or they will pass it to debt collection and ruin your credit references!! It is my opinion that the further appeal system is rigged as the person making that decision only acts on factual law he has not interest in personal circumstances or emergencies. I'd strongly advise you to save yourself the waste of time making a appeal against their rejection of your first appeal you will struggle to beat this company they are legalised criminals just after your hard earned money its very unlikely you will win so though I hate to say it if you get offered the £60 option take it as you WILL NOT WIN the second appeal! If just one person saves themselves this £40 I will feel I have helped someone and stopped this awful company making money out of your misery!!
They are indeed the lowest of the low!!

I've paid 60 £ parking charges to receive another letter a week later for overstay 20 minutes in other occasion. Machine didn't work properly. I couldn't pay with coins.
I did with my card and didn't pay attention I paid for an hour.

Total con artists we paid for 2 hours parking luckily contactless on a card we stayed under an hour. The company issued a fine we produced all evidence of payment of amount from bank to Napier parking Ltd on the day of fine even a reference on it of Napier Parking Vic standing for victoria street the car park in question. They say they can't find the payment and issued a £160 fine total con artist do not park in their car parks they will try and scam you.

Nasty people 4 minute overstay but a £60 fine!!! Karma will get you in the end.

Extremely poor. Advise people not to park in their car parks. If machines do not work they pursue payment and consider no reasons relating to equal access due to disabilities. No sign of morality.

Fined £60 for a 14 minute visit to a napier car park that I didn't even know was a charge for one as it's not sign posted!

Total scammers. Purchased a ticket parked for 15 mins of a 1 hr ticket . 2 weeks later I get a fine in the post for not getting a ticket. Luckily I still had it so sent my proof to them . Got a letter back saying the ticket wasn't valid .I didn't realise that the number plate on my ticket said ff and not my plate number .I have challenged this so now I'm going to court .how many people take the bribe of the reduced rate of 20 to keep it from court .they must be making a mint .total scammers

Absolute awful car park with human fasces that charged me 100 pounds for a 30 minute overstay

Do not use absolute vile scammers, charged £160 and the pay and display wasn't even visible, zero communication from them and no warning got debt collectors involved increasing my fine to £160.

Do not use napier car parkings. it's the first time I ever parked in this car park and it took me over 10 mins to find a parking place and queuing to pay for my ticket and then did not manage to leave the car park straight away. They time you from the time you enter and leave the car park and they will fine you a hefty fee if you overshoot by a few minutes.

Appalling company. Parked for 11 minutes in a very badly maintained area full of pot holes that was so dark it was difficult to walk, and there were no clear signs indicating it was paid parking. I received a PCN for 60 pounds. Appealed through Napier Parking's own appeal procedure and they rejected my appeal. They sent photos of their signage as it appears in the middle of the day in a different part of the car park as evidence for my transgression and ignored the evidence I sent. If they can afford high tech surveillance cameras, surely they can afford to light up their signage and car parks.

Issued a fine for a 12 minute overstay, which would have cost 80p more, yet they seem to think £100 is reasonable. Do not care that we pay extra to use their app or how often come back early for other stays. I will look out for any carpark operated by them and avoid in the future. In terms of how often I used them, it'll take appox 6 months before the money from the fine is less than they would have got from me for future parking.

This company are AWFUL when the machines don’t work which is frequent the telephone number does not recognise the destination code and the app is out of action they send you fines even though you exited the car park to find somewhere else and all this takes longer than the five minute window they give you to pay (st Neots) do not park on any of their car parks !!!!!

Brought a ticket in north street peterbough car park but machine didn’t ask for number plate! Friend Then got a ticket appealed the situation and shoed them copy of bank account but saying I still broke terms and offering 20 pound instead! Con !!

Poorly lit and dangerous car park
