I have used NannyPaye for almost 9 years and always have had excellent service. Having the weekly payment, pension and HMRC taken care of for our housekeeper has been seamless. Reminders are always sent out for the HMRC payments. When employee issues have arised NannyPaye provided advice and support, as well as consulting with the legal team to be sure that all procedures are lawful. As a nanny please avoid this company!
Their contract is extremely unfair on the nanny's side, also gives out very questionable advise on wages.

They are not up to standard on nanny shares.
I would not and will not recommend this company now or in the future.
