The horizontal bar that should slide into the pull-up rack does not fit on one side. You need a hammer to whack it into the second hole, but after that it's so stuck it's impossible to remove it. We will try to make the hole a bit bigger with sanding paper (once we manage to remove the bar). Anyway, this is not great as I specifically bought this rack for pull ups and dips, but the hassle with the bar that you have to hammer in and then can't remove makes this tricky. The rest of the gym rack is all right but I do think it's overpriced for what you get.

In short - you won't be disappointed with this purchase. It's a VERY reasonable price and is AMAZING quality -- not to mention, it got to me in Canada from Finland in a week.

I got the combo which is the full wall ladder with the dip bar attachment thinger. Before purchasing this, I was looking into tips for mounting it and ensuring it's safe. Some people were saying that it didn't have a lot of info or suggestions for mounting in North America. Thankfully, I have handy people in my life and I live in an old farm house. We attempted to use a stud finder but it's lath and plaster (making the stud finder obsolete) so we more or less guessed based on 16" spacing. We seemed to have hit the right spot because it is SO STURDY. I've been using it daily ever since receiving it months ago and I have 0 regrets. Hoping I can do a human flag in a year or so!! Among many other exercises/capabilities. Oh also, you need to screw it together but with a drill, it's NOOOO PROBLEMO.

I’ve been using the Nalamoves bar combo for a few weeks now and I feel I made exactly the right choice. There are simply so many options for different exercises. The product itself is sturdy, made of natural wood, practical and looks very stylish too. When the product arrived, it was very well packaged, the assembly instructions were simple and clear, and the fixings provided by the manufacturer fitted perfectly. I hadn’t expected such a high-quality product. I would definitely recommend Nala Bars Combo.

Best purchase I made in a long time!
I have thrown away 1 exercise mat because of smell and will throw away one more because of smell but I am very happy with gymnastic mat which came with bundle. It's much thicker than other ones - which I love and it is also enough smell free for me. So big thank you! And I love everything in bundle! So thanks again!

I purchased the wall bars together with the gymnastic rings, and I can honestly say I'm extremely satisfied with the overall quality.

The wall bars are absolutely stunning. The Scandinavian design is elegant, the wood finish is beautiful, and they instantly became the centerpiece of my home gym. They don't just look premium—they actually feel premium. The structure is incredibly solid and gives complete confidence during training. I weigh around 80 kg, and whether I'm doing pull-ups, dips or other bodyweight exercises, there is absolutely no movement or instability.

Assembly requires some time and attention. It's not a product where everything simply clicks together, so if you're not used to assembling furniture, expect to spend a little bit of time on it. That said, the final result is absolutely worth the effort.

The gymnastic rings are another excellent product. They're comfortable to grip, sturdy, and match the wall bars perfectly. My only suggestion would be slightly shorter straps. They come with a lot of adjustment, more than I personally need, but the excess length can easily be trimmed or adjusted to your preference, so it's really a minor detail.

Overall, NalaMoves delivers outstanding craftsmanship, premium materials, and products that are both functional and beautiful. If you're looking for high-quality equipment that also enhances the look of your home gym, I highly recommend them.

I just went through and read some of the other reviews…. I’m going to take mine in a little personal direction. My wife purchased the Nala for us. It is replacing a rowing machine that we simply just don’t use anymore. I am 61 and she is 64, we need to improve/maintain our joints, grip strength and overall flexibility. On a scale from 1-10 in strength and flexibility she is a 9.5, I on the other hand am about a 3.5…. That’s not to say I am weak, I have just never really worked on flexibility or joint strength. Once I hit 60 it was very apparent that I needed to improve my flexibility and grip strength for my overall health goals…. Nala provides the opportunity to improve for both of us. Her at a much higher clip than me. I can be very methodical and directive in my daily routine. An example, I am currently working on grip strength. I started and was only able to hang for 15-20 seconds. After a couple weeks I’m well over 1.5 minutes… interestingly enough, I build large pieces of furniture and have worked with my hands for years… The Nala gives us so many options for flexibility and strength training just using our body weight. I am past my vanity stage in life and now I want flexibility and core strength so I can continue enjoying vacations, hiking, tennis and my grandson… Nala will help us both stay very active…

I spent over $1000 to buy her workout equipment but I realized it's only made for homes with 16" stud spacing and simple/shorter baseboards. I live in a newer home with stud spacings that are 24" apart with taller and protruding baseboards. I had to carve the bottom so it fits my baseboard b/c I'd rather have it sit on the floor instead of floating on the wall. Because my spacings are 24" instead of 16" it makes it too close to drill 2 screws onto one side of the back panel that's supposed to go against the wall. I could only use 1 on each side. I told customer service my situation and the only advice is to hire a handyman. Not "Ok we'll send you two more panels with screws as we recommend using a total of 8 screws to drill into the studs." I spent a LOT of money on this and now I have to hire a handyman to finish the job. The device is super expensive, but customer service did not match what I paid for.

Ik dacht dat het scam was. Beetje te gelikte site, weinig reviews… maar niets is minder waar! Ondertussen geïnstalleerd in de kamer van ons dochtertje en echt geweldig mooi product. We gaan hem binnenkort ook voor de woonkamer bestellen. Zo hopen we sport en beweging nog meer te stimuleren bij onze kinderen.

Fantastisk ribbe! Ja, den er dyr, men den er til gengæld virkelig flot, så man kan ha den i stuen uden at det ser grimt ud. Der er så mange muligheder at træne på den og vi bruger den dagligt, så jeg synes prisen var det værd.

I am really pleased with my new NalaMoves combo ladder and dips bar. It was a tough decision whether to choose a painted version in black or white but eventually I settled for the beautiful natural birch wood finish. Fast delivery to the UK by DPD. It is such a versatile piece of equipment yet it looks elegant and remains unobtrusive in the room. I am building my strength up every day and always look forward to climbing on to it.

Easy to assemble and install. I used a chemical resin anchor kit with M8 studding bonded in to the wall so it is 100% secure.

I was experiencing lower back pain and had learned that exercises that lengthen the spine help relieve it. Through my research, I discovered Nalamoves, and I can say that these wall bars are a game changer! I now have a gym studio in my home. The moment I learned that the material is Finnish birch wood, I decided to buy it because I know that this material is as strong and flexible as steel. It has been my favorite toy since the day it was assembled.

Easy to put together, material seems solid, no issue to mantle into a wooden Canadian wall 😁 just find the studs and that's it. I'm about 56kg. We've mantled it with 6 screws for extra support. It's not going anywhere😁

3 main issues:
context: I live in Italy, walls are solid, I am 48 yo, and have 20 years experience assembling furniture and DIY.

1- Lack of transparency on their website: they use the judge.me system, but they only display the ones they select, 4 and 5 stars. even if they use the judge.me system, it is not so honest to hide my 3 stars review, I wrote about the product quality.
FACTS: I bought the bundle. I sent a three star review (disappointing quality and assembling process, that almost ruined the bars) and Nala didn't publish it on their website. It seems they only publish 4 and 5 stars reviews; that is lack of transparency, they could display 2 or 3 stars reviews too and reply on the website. I have proof of purchase and purchase order nr: #7442 november 2025

2- the main issues: (why i would rate them 2-3 stars on their website): I remember reading it is 100%. wood and it's not. only the bars are real wood.The sides that support the bars, that would require 100%. strength, are simply plywood/laminated. It's not as durable as solid wood. very dissappointing considering the 800 euro price.

3- assembling instructions: they show a video and send 4 pictures via a zip files download. I would have appreciated videos on youtube showing the real process.

4- the screws and wall plugs are not the best quality and don't fit the purpose. we had to buy new wall plugs and screws that can actually be drilled to go through the wood. A warning would have been nice.

5- the subscription model: I understand that they have to make a living out of this, but 1 month free on an app at 18 dollars a month subscription seems a rip off. I would have paid 2 or 3 euro a month if I wanted a subscription. But buying an 800 euro product advertised on Instagram, would have preferred to receive a set of at least 20 free videos for customers, on an unlisted youtube playlist, with basic/intermediate exercises. And then you are free to buy a membership or not. But 1 month "free" on the app, is nothing.

When I sent my 3 star review, pointing out the lack of instructions and main concerns, they sent me an email, that repeated what's already on their welcome email after I placed the order.

I wish her well and hope they can use this honest review from a real customer to improve their business.
