Great customer service. Reliable.

This bag is so great, and versatile! I love the size and the weight of it, lovely material too. I bought it to use as a quick to grab baby bag that doesn't get too heavy, but still fits everything that I need for my 2 y/o & 4y/o, and it really does that! 👍🌟
The only 2 things that have bothered me about it though, is that there isn't a double zip on the main opening! (But there's a double zip on the front pocket), and also the outside side pocket isn't stretchy to fit baby wipes or water bottles in to (there is also only one side pocket on the outside 😞)
Otherwise the bag would be perfect!
Love the colours too! I got Strawberry fields 🥰🍓 But would be great to have some more pattern and colour options 😊

Ik heb onlangs een totebag bij Nakie besteld vanwege hun belofte van "wereldwijd gratis verzending". Dit bleek helaas een erg misleidende ervaring. Bij aankomst in België werd ik geconfronteerd met een extra factuur van €29,05 van bpost voor douanekosten en btw — wat bijna 40% van de prijs van de tas zelf is!
​Toen ik contact opnam met de klantenservice, weigerden ze deze onverwachte kosten te dekken en verwezen ze simpelweg naar hun FAQ-pagina. Hun enige "oplossing" was het aanbieden van een kortingsbon van $50 AUD voor een volgende bestelling. Omdat elke toekomstige bestelling van buiten de EU precies ditzelfde douaneprobleem zal opleveren, heb ik helemaal niets aan deze bon. Ze weigerden resoluut om een gedeeltelijke terugbetaling in cash te doen om de kosten te verzachten.
​Als je in de EU woont, wees dan gewaarschuwd: "Gratis wereldwijde verzending" betekent absoluut niet dat er geen extra kosten zijn. Je betaalt bij levering alsnog de hoofdprijs. De klantenservice is star en biedt geen echte oplossing voor de problemen die ze veroorzaken.

This is the first cup I've come across that is a drink cooler and a coffee cup. Great idea, perfect for camping!

Ordered 2 puffy blankets. So light and compact and warm.

The Nakie 5 in 1 cooler/coffee cup is fantastic. First use was a hot chocolate. I tested it using Jarrah hot chocolate and no added milk. Just boiling water. 3 hours later....I could just drink it as it was still very hot !!! Next test will be to add a little milk to cool it a little at the start. Very impressed !! Yet to test it as a cooler.

Easy and fast! Great product - super happy with the quality, would recommend!

Easy process, good communication and great product

Have been a big fan and recommended products to family and friends. We started with the picnic blanket, which was such great quality that we kept ordering items. I ordered a Hoodie towel that was too small for my fast-growing child last year, and they personally helped me swap for an adult-sized product. Recommend.

The description of the products were good, and I like the fun presentations. Prompt delivery and the items all look and feel amazing. Great colours. So far, we have bought a hammock, 3 picnic blankets, several gym towels (for own use and as gifts) and received a bonus head wrap. Love the fact that they all come in their own bag, and that they use recycled and also plant trees each time. So many positives.

Product are of good quality.
I use them regularly camping.
Shipping is always hassle free, and they are packaged well and my daughter loves the cardboard tubes.

I ordered two items. I ordered them 11 days ago. They appear to be lost and no one at the company seems to care. The package has supposedly been at the Post for a week and still has not left. When I reach out to customer service I am basically told, sorry, it is on its way. Ridiculously poor customer service.

I am very happy with all of my purchases over the last few years. The service is great, very fast delivery. The quality of the products is fantastic. And they are all very useful products. The only problem I have found is that the bottle holder pockets on the tote bag only hold very narrow bottles. Otherwise, keep up the good work!
