Despite all advertising to the contrary, this product does not fit 375ml stubbies (VB). I sent an email re this and have had no reply. Ironically, if the measurement markings were indented rather than embossed as they are currently, I think the stubby would have fitted. It was literally that detail that seemed to make the difference. Misleading advertising. I bought two, and can't return as we had used them for coffee and drinks, before we tried a stubby. I think your adverts and listing need to be updated to show this. I do love the packaging - super cool. Would be even better if the bottle opener slipped into the base for ready access and reduce likelihood of losing it.

Shipping took much longer than advertised on the website.
The picnic rug is near impossible to secure when rolled back up. The seam of the rug came loose in a small spot after the first wash

Tote/backpack bag arrived quickly. Looks great, as described and good quality. I love the pattern

My Nakia picnic blanket arrived quickly, and has quickly become a family favourite for our time outdoors. Not only does it look beautiful, it’s also so easy to keep clean and fold. Super happy!

Outstanding customer service!

My blanket unfortunately arrived damaged by Australian post, so I contacted Nakie’s customer service to see what could be done. From the very beginning, Allan was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. He organised a prepaid return label so I could send the damaged blanket back at no cost and arranged for a replacement to be sent.
The new blanket arrived in perfect condition and, most importantly, just in time for our Father’s Day picnic! 🎉

I’m really impressed with how Nakie handled the whole situation. Things can sometimes go wrong with an order, but what really matters is how a company looks after its customers when they do — and Nakie absolutely exceeded my expectations.

I have bought from Nakie twice now. I had a minor issue with my last order, so I sent them an email to let them know. I had a response within an hour and the issue was rectified immediately. Nakie’s after sales service is incredible. I love that they are conscious of our environment and what they stand for as a business. I will always choose Nakie over any similar product being sold by another company. Nakie is amazing and I love their products.

I like the coffee cup and would normally give 5 stars but I'm a bit over the constant emails since I bought it. Can you cut down on the amount you send or offer people a monthly or weekly option instead of multiple daily emails with your other products?

Nakie do not provide a refund in a timely fashion despite their claim - “Once your item is returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will process your refund of exchange with 24 hours.”
Whilst the product seems good, their service is appalling and communication non-existent. I will never purchase from Nakie again,

I have received my bag/rucksack but no chair yet. It’s always easy to order and a joy receiving it. All my items I have purchased so far a well made and great to use. Love them. Maybe the chair will come soon too.

Ordered two of the camp can/bottle holders. They arrived within a week which is great as I live in FNQ.
Items as described. Great quality, smooth purchase. Great communication, I will definitely buy from them again.

Nakie has been an amazing company for me for a few years now. I have quite a few products and have given some as gifts. I recently ordered a blanket and when I picked up my order from the post office I was in shock to find I had won an amazing chair. Nakie you have my heart ❤️
