The Naked Marshmallow Co. Arvostelua

Bought as a gift - well presented. Delivery was slow and not as advertised and a glitchy website choosing options but a very tasty treat and would recommend

Love Naked Marshmallow Company
The quality of the Marshmallows is excellent the flavours are excellent
Purchase the advent calendar as a Christmas treat to myself and have enjoy my childhood memories of toasting marshmallows with my dad every day in the run up to Christmas.
10minutes of self indulgent me time.

Mint choc chip not a fav but love all the rest

I think this is my 5th year of ordering advent calendars, the last couple of years I have pre ordered on the offer. Absolutely love all the flavours, just wish they were bigger, that's me being greedy though lol! Only thing i would change is the inner plastic packaging, could this be made from cardboard?? Will defo order again for Christmas 2026 😊

Very quick order delivery
Marshmallows are absolutely amazing and will definitely be ordering again

I received my first order and WOW, each one was amazing. It is so difficult to say which I preferred. I made two more orders for Christmas presents. Today I am making my first order for 2026 and many more to come.
I highly recommend this company

These Marshmallows are absolutely amazing they are high quality and full of flavour. I bought my son the marshmallow advent calendar and he enjoyed them so much I ordered more for him for Christmas. I ordered 2 packets of the cookies and cream he loved them. Quick easy delivery too. Will definitely be ordering more.

I bought this for my niece who is at university as something different. It arrived within 5 days and she has enjoyed the quality of the marshmallows and the experience of toasting them with her friends.
Something good quality and unique. I would buy this product again.

Bought from this company before.
Lovely marshmallows.
Great customer service.

Fast, delicious

Easy and clear to order. Delivered promptly. Good quality goods

First and last time user. My order arrived but was delayed waiting for a Christmas item and most of my order was not for Christmas. An item arrived with Christmas branding when it wasn't supposed to (ordered early November). I emailed three times to rectify this but was totally ignored, so I gave up. Disappointing customer service.

What a phenomenal company.

I first had their advent calendar - and it was delish and a new experience. Due to my utter bereft feelings of ending my calendar on Boxing Day I promptly ordered a variety of other mallows.
They’re all freshly made - so even if you have to wait it is because they’re the nicest clouds on earth - and don’t have any rubbish inside.
Words and reviews don’t do these mallows justice! Customer service also couldn’t be more helpful when I contacted them for a “rush” job for a birthday.
Product 5⭐️
Service 5⭐️
Taste 5⭐️

I’m not affiliated with the company at all - just a customer who recognises a good company, good customer service and - most of all - a product that isn’t full of rubbish to make it cheaper to produce!

Very quick and efficient refund

The Christmas advent calendar was amazing as always having had one for the past 9 years it’s my little treat at Christmas time. However the toasting pit wasn’t its usual quality as in other years and either wouldn’t light or would go out mid toasting. The gel rapidly went down as it’s the past there has been loads left to be used for other orders I would buy.

I ordered christmas gifts on 30th november and paid for delivery and my delivery turned up 20 days later. I emailed twice with no response and even threatened to cancel my order. The same happened last year and still no response. Although the products are good and I did order again, customer service is poor and delivery even worse.

Product was really good and has been when I’d ordered previously.
Unfortunately on this occasion the delivery time was well off, with no emails or communication to explain what was going on.
I emailed and had a prompt reply and delivery shortly after.
Hopefully it was just a Christmas blip and it will be sorted before next year

Was buying this for myself in Australia, the calender arrived quick with next day shipping (gosh I miss next day/same day delivery) so that my dad could bring it over when he flew for a trip in November.
Great options and variety - all tasted great especially the mint choc chip

Fabulous tasting marshmallows, I bought a couple of lots as presents. Receivers of the kits were really impressed. Would 100% but again and recommend.

Firstly, I'd like to say these marshmallows are absolutely amazing!! However, I placed my order on 3rd December, and after many unresponded emails and 2 phone calls later, I finally received my order on Christmas Eve! Yes, my order was for family presents, so i was panicking. I've ordered from this company for years, and never ever had a problem previously.

Fabulous advent calendar marshmallows, the other half thoroughly enjoyed each delicious day.
