I absolutely love the phone case I got from Nakamacases! The quality is top-notch and the design is so unique. I've gotten so many compliments on it already!

I ordered 3 cases and can’t complain for any of them!! Amazing cases I love how they turned out they look so much better in person! Only thing is it’ll take a bit to ship but it was well worth the wait!

Wir haben bei Nakama Cases Handyhüllen für ein IPhone 15 und 16 Pro Max bestellt. Der Verkäufer Nakama Cases hat per Mail bereits zugegeben, dass Sie die Bestellung mit einem Bestellsystem tracken, um festzustellen, von welchem Handymodell bestellt wird. Diese erfolgte von einem IPhone
16 Pro Max. Der Verkäufer selbst sagt, wir hätten von einem IPhone 15/16 bestellt (was schonmal nicht stimmt). Wir haben jedoch eine Handyhülle für ein ganz anderes Handymodel einer ganz anderen Marke erhalten welchen wir nicht dentifizieren können. Der Verkäufer stellt sich quer und sagt, trotz der zugesendeten Fotos, dass das die korrekte Hülle wäre und wir selbst schuld seien. Die Bestellung mit den ausgewählten Handymodellen ist jedoch eindeutig.

Wir haben falsche Ware bekommen und sie verlangen von uns, dass wir die Ware auf unsere Kosten zurücksenden!
Zudem wird uns immer nur in kurzen Sätzen auf die Mails geantwortet.

Innerhalb unter einer Woche! Mussten 29 Mails geschrieben werden!
Der Kundenservice verlangt auch noch, dass man mit ihnen auf Englisch schreibt.
Wir haben sowas stressiges noch nie erlebt…

Als wäre das alles nicht schon schlimm genug, ist die Qualität der Cases furchtbar und ABSOLUT nicht das, was man in den Videos überall zu sehen bekommt.
Wir verstehen das alles wirklich beim Besten Willen nicht. Die ganzen positiven Bewertungen und Follower….woher?!…😰

Wir wollen unser Geld zurück und Nakama Cases kann ihre Handyhüllen zurück haben.

I ordered 2 cases of One piece, I got very cheap quality ones then the one they showed me in the website while buying. I didn’t receive my refund even after spending money for return the shitty cases. Please I recommend to buy somewhere else, but not this scammer Chinese Brand.

The case is great! I ordered and got my case (Awakened Sun, iPhone 17) 16 days later but not gonna lie it came out exactly as shown in the photos and videos and it feels and looks so great! i wish the printing was a lot easier to manufacture because im sure that the shiny outline is hard to pull off but some of the case is a little hard to look at if you’re not seeing it right. otherwise, i would keep this on my phone forever.

Very poor quality, the cover will never protect your phone because it will break you first.

No issues with delivery time (only took 2 weeks and it had far to travel) was able to be posted through my door which is perfect as I wasn’t home when it got delivered. The case looks amazing and as described, fits tightly to the phone and feels really comfortable to hold with no jagged ages! 10/10 experience!

Ordered the Tokyo Ghoul case and it took about 6ish weeks to show up. Once it did, I had to track it down because it didn't go where it said it would. When I finally got the case it was significantly underwhelming. And it was missing the off button piece so its really hard to turn off the phone. I then contacted Customer Service asking for a refund and they took 4 days to respond, saying they would check in and see if it was possible. Then I was ghosted after 3 more days. So I emailed them again, got a response saying it was possible to get a refund and that it would be processed shortly. Then 2 days later they emailed saying refunds were only available for 30 days after purchase. If you recall, it took 42 days to get here. They so generously offered me a new case as well as my original order for free. Hooray. They still haven't sent me a tracking number two more days later. Save yourself the $46 and run.

EDIT: After the horrific contacting with customer service, I was sent my original case plus a bonus gift. This time both cases came with the buttons as they should. But they both start to peel after a month of use. Sure they look cool but they're SO expensive and are an absolute nightmare. Still. RUN

The cover goes insanely hard. The animation, the shine, the whole aesthetic — pure 5-star quality.

Order 3 took a bit over 3 weeks but the quality is good
