Je suis déçue des produits commandés…
Je suis déçue des produits commandés sur Naissance habituellement je commande sur aromazone et la qualité est bien meilleure. De plus la bouteille huile vierge d’avocat était mal fermée et a coulée dans le colis et les autres produits. Je pense que cela avait été vu à l’emballage car juste cette bouteille était enveloppée dans plusieurs papiers. Dommage

I never received my order
I never received my order. I've contacted customer support more than once, without response. I paid for international shipping and am really disappointed to not have any communication to remedy the situation. I do not typically leave poor reviews but I'm left without the means to reach anyone and address my concern. I hope you'll make it right as I was really looking forward to trying your product.

We have checked the tracking and can see that your order was delivered - 'Delivered, In/At Mailbox. Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 1:00 pm on December 24, 2024'.

Colis arrive endommagé
Colis arrive endommagé. L huile a fuit partout. Pas d emballage papier bulles dans le colis. Protection insuffisante pour le transport. Manque grande quantité d huile dans les flacons.

The products I have been ordering are all of best quality, the delivery to Germany was fast, almost unbelievable in comparison with others from the same country, the packaging was also optimal. So, everything perfect. The website is easy to navigate. Everything super!
