Broker regolamentato. All'apparenza fantastico con tutte le caratteristiche valide per i neofiti peccato che... Alle ore 08.25 del 14.08.2025 spread sul dax della bellezza di 13 punti. Avete letto bene. 13 punti. Alle ore 21.13 del 18.08.2025 spread sul Nasdaq a mercato aperto (!!!!) la bellezza di 4,9 punti. Non credo ci sia altro da aggiungere. Utilizzate un altro broker.

Ich kann mich seit Tagen nicht mehr bei meinem NAGA-Konto einloggen. Je nachdem, über welche Login-Möglichkeit ich es versuche, erhalte ich entweder eine „Unknown Error“-Meldung oder die Information, dass mein Konto archiviert sei – was absolut nicht stimmt.
Der Support reagiert bisher nicht zeitnah und gibt keine klare Auskunft, ob mein Geld sicher ist. Für mich ist das inakzeptabel, zumal es hier um einen erheblichen Betrag geht. Wer mit echtem Geld handelt, muss sich auf zuverlässigen Zugriff und schnellen Kundenservice verlassen können – beides scheint bei NAGA derzeit nicht gegeben.

NAGA Capital Ltd es un broker abusivo y sin transparencia.
Me ofrecieron un bono del 50% sin informarme sus términos y condiciones, algo que en muchos países es ilegal. Ese bono fue la excusa perfecta para quedarse con todas mis ganancias.
Operé, generé rendimientos con mi propio esfuerzo y capital, y no recibí ni un solo dólar. Es como si hubiera trabajado gratis para ellos, mientras ellos sí se beneficiaban de cada operación.
Este tipo de prácticas son engañosas, poco éticas y una clara advertencia para cualquier persona que esté pensando en abrir cuenta allí.
En mi experiencia, depositar dinero en esta plataforma es ponerlo directamente en sus manos para que lo desaparezcan con “ajustes” y “condiciones” que nunca te explican.

ich habe die platform getestet und danach eine auzahlung in auftrag gegeben.
Alles verlief reibungslos.
jedoch 1 Monat später und das Geld ist noch immer nicht auf meinem Konto.
ich habe bereits an Support geschrieben.
sie taten so als ob sie etwas machen, gemacht wurde jedoch nichts.
Im moment schreibt support auch gar nicht zurück nachdem ich alle Dokumente offengelegt habe und sie gesehen haben dass das Geld nicht angekommen ist.
ich empfehle diese Platform nicht.

Sono cliente di NAGA da oltre due anni…
Sono cliente di NAGA da oltre due anni e ho sempre usato la piattaforma con fiducia, ma negli ultimi 20 giorni il servizio è diventato totalmente inaffidabile.
Ho inviato ripetutamente documenti per la verifica del conto e richieste di prelievo, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta concreta dall’assistenza.
Il supporto clienti non risponde né via email né tramite PEC, i numeri di telefono ufficiali risultano irraggiungibili o inesistenti. Quando finalmente rispondono, parlano solo in inglese e affermano di non capire l’italiano, mentre io non parlo inglese.
Ho segnalato che, se non ricevo una chiamata in italiano come avvenuto all’inizio quando mi hanno “adescato”, procederò con una denuncia per truffa.
Il mio saldo è bloccato e non posso accedere ai miei fondi, subendo un grave danno economico e psicologico.
Sconsiglio vivamente questa piattaforma a chiunque cerchi un broker serio, trasparente e con un’assistenza reale.
AGGIORNAMENTO – 28 LUGLIO 2025
Dopo 20 giorni e documenti caricati più volte senza alcun riscontro, sono riuscito a ottenere l’approvazione solo chiamando direttamente a Cipro, parlando in inglese (nonostante io sia cliente italiano).
Successivamente sono stato ricontattato in italiano e i documenti sono stati finalmente approvati.
Restano criticità gravi da segnalare:
I documenti sono rimasti “in esame” per oltre 20 giorni, senza alcuna notifica né intervento umano.
Le email automatiche arrivano da una mail, ma nessuno risponde lì: crea solo confusione e attese inutili.
La PEC inviata non ha ricevuto alcuna risposta utile.
Il supporto telefonico italiano non mi ha mai risposto più, mentre era presente in fase di attivazione.
La chat sul sito è solo automatica: risposte non pertinenti e nessun operatore umano disponibile.
Mi auguro che questa segnalazione venga presa sul serio e che i servizi migliorino in modo trasparente e stabile.

Ich empfinde Naga als sehr unseriös. Ich wollte neben EToro Naga ausprobieren, um zu sehen, ob das hier funktioniert. Ich erstellte mein Konto und zusätzlich ein Demokonto. Anschließend wollte ich einfach mal die Copytrader kopieren, dann kam die Meldung.
„Um von dem Wissen der erfolgreichsten Trader profitieren, eröffne ein NAGA Trader Echtgeld-Konto."
Heißt: Man kann es nicht ausprobieren, nur mit Echtgeld. Die Frage, die sich mir stellt, ist: WARUM?
Es muss jeder für sich selber wissen, ich finde es ziemlich unseriös, den Kunden so in Richtung Echtgeld-Konto zu drängen!

Mist importantly however: they really don’t want you to withdraw money. Why does it need to be 2-3 days??
