I found NAGA on Facebook and decided to open an account, even though I had a bad experience with another platform in the past. Shortly after registering, I received a call from their customer support team. La mia esperienza con è stata profondamente deludente e frustrante.
Durante l’utilizzo della piattaforma ho riscontrato, a mio avviso, condizioni operative estremamente penalizzanti per il cliente, in particolare:
• Slippage molto elevato rispetto a quanto atteso in fase di esecuzione ordini
• Spread improvvisamente ampi che rendevano difficile operare in modo corretto
• Scarsa chiarezza sulle reali condizioni applicate nelle fasi più critiche del trading
• Comunicazione poco trasparente e risposte poco concrete da parte dell’assistenza
Nel mio caso, queste problematiche hanno inciso pesantemente sui risultati di trading, generando una forte sensazione di mancanza di tutela e di chiarezza nei confronti degli utenti.
Ritengo che un broker finanziario dovrebbe garantire massima trasparenza, condizioni chiare e affidabilità operativa, elementi che personalmente non ho percepito durante la mia esperienza.
Invito quindi chi sta valutando questa piattaforma a informarsi con estrema attenzione, leggere bene tutte le condizioni e considerare con prudenza i possibili rischi operativi.

Los swaps son costes estándar del mercado por mantener posiciones abiertas y no constituyen un cobro adicional ni anticipado. En el ajuste realizado, la equidad y el nivel de margen no se vieron afectados, ya que el importe ya estaba reflejado previamente en la cuenta.
La migración de MetaTrader 4 a MetaTrader 5 responde a mejoras técnicas y operativas habituales en el sector, contempladas en los términos aceptados al abrir la cuenta.

17/02/2026: [1st Disastrous Trades]
My NAGA 1st trade with the senior account manager was a disaster and unprofessional. The account manager failed dismally to guide me to choose the safe volume for gearing but instead misguided me to use 1.2 volume for such account balance. You not from the message above I opted for copy trading from experience expert trade leaders but the clueless manager chose to deceive me with 1st trade for some whatever reasons knownn by himself alone as he never explained to me why we should chose NGAS US and what were the implications or possibility results.
Now myself being a pension suggest a redress to help restore my trading confidence and dignity with NAGA Broker company. I know that I may be sounds unreasonable but how do allow or support such irresponsible careless account managers to discourage potential trade clients to invest with NAGA when relationship often destroyed from 1st trade with no compasssion nor sympathy or any kind of responsibility when clients lose money before even entertaining the trading market. I think the account manager were deliberate and planned for whatever reasons he knows himself.
Could NAGA attend to my concern, and complaint for both redress and accountability.

SIEMPRE tienen una excusa para saquearte la cuenta:
- por un cambio de politicas de cobrarte swaps por anticipado en lugar de a cierre de operacion
- por cambiar de plataforma de meta trader 4 a meta trader 5 y te cobran TODOS los swaps de operaciones abiertas
el PEOR broker de todos con los que opero, condiciones opacas, "politicas sospechosas" siempre que perjudican al inversor
si quieres perder miles de euros de la noche a la mañana, escapando de tus decisiones o de las consecuencias de tu estrategia, este es tu sitio
Desde luego, informare de ello a las autoridades a mis abogados y a toda la comunidad de que no se les ocurra "picar"

Nos gustaría aclarar algunos puntos que mencionó:
1. Swaps
Los swaps son costos estándar asociados con el mantenimiento de posiciones durante la noche y forman parte de la práctica habitual del mercado. En ciertas situaciones, las actualizaciones de la plataforma o los ajustes de las políticas internas pueden resultar en su aplicación anticipada; sin embargo, estos son cargos que se habrían incurrido en algún momento en cualquier caso.
También nos gustaría aclarar que los swaps se dedujeron del saldo, no del capital. En la plataforma, el P/L flotante se muestra por separado del swap acumulado, mientras que el capital refleja el total combinado (Saldo + P/L flotante ± Swap).
Ejemplo ficticio:
Supongamos que una cuenta tiene:
Saldo: $10,000
Ganancias flotantes (sin swaps): -$400
Swap acumulado: -$100
En este caso, el capital mostrado en la plataforma sería:
$10,000 – $400 – $100 = $9,500.
Si se deduce el swap de $100 del saldo, este se convierte en $9,900. Al mismo tiempo, el swap acumulado en la posición abierta se restablece a $0 (ya que se ha realizado), mientras que las ganancias flotantes se mantienen en -$400.
Por lo tanto, el nuevo cálculo del capital sería:
$9,900 – $400 = $9,500.
Como se muestra arriba, el capital permanece sin cambios en $9,500, lo que significa que el nivel de margen no se ve afectado. La operación representa un ajuste contable entre el saldo y el swap, sin afectar el valor real de la cuenta. I have ordered my credit card company to bring back my hard earned R20 000 from Naga ,there's no way i can make a profit and they refused me to withdraw it unless your company is a 'scam' what happened to the profit? why are they refusing their customers not to withdraw? they can keep the profit but my R20 000 must comeback because it's mine i have worked for it
