Ich dachte mir ich teste Naga mal und bleibe vielleicht auch dort.
Trading funktioniert gut und intuitiv mit der App.
Auswahl an Assets passt auch.
Bringt aber leider alles nichts wenn man sein Geld nicht mehr abheben kann.
Habe jetzt mal versucht mein Geld wieder abzuheben bevor ich weiter und vor allem mit größeren Summen dort trade, und die Auszahlung wurde einfach abgelehnt.
Zunächst hat man Kontoauszüge angefordert.
Diese habe ich hochgeladen, dennoch wurde danach meine Auszahlung ohne Angabe von Gründen abgelehnt.
Eine Antwort vom Support habe ich bisher nicht erhalten.

Ho iniziato da poco con Naga e sembra tutto molto professionale, ma leggendo altre recensioni ho chiesto al supporto se lo scalping é consentito per non incorrere in ban, ma dopo 3 giorni ancora non ho avuto nessuna risposta, quindi mi riservo le cinque stelle o 1 stella a secondo della risposta che riceverò,cmq sinceramente penso che la recensione che ho letto sia un po esagerata non credo che un broker come Naga possa dire che lo scalping non sia consentito.Detto questo sembra molto affidabile ma il supporto un po lento

good platform, minor weaknesses in the chart display.
Order placement works well and the user interface is fine. However, the chart for the German 30-minute index (I haven't tested others) isn't displayed correctly when changing the timeframe, or only after the page refreshes.
The price is close to the official DAX index. I tested Naga's prices in my trading system. The deviation of a few points is acceptable.

broker unico che non accetta scalping
Mi sono trovato malissimo, in quanto con mia sorpresa sono venuto a scoprire che lo scalping non è permesso,quindi la mia strategia che prevede operazioni in media di 30 secondi non va bene per loro e non si sa per quale motivo(pratica legittima accettata su qualsiasi broker) e non si capisce quanto deve rimanere aperta un operazione per non essere considerato scalping, cmq si dovrebbe scrivere ed evidenziare che lo scalping è vietato sul sito così si evita di perdere tempo. devo dire che è una cosa più unica che rara non accettare una strategia, posso capire che vietino hft che si parla di millisecondi e va bene,ma non dello scalping, veramente una cosa mai vista.

P.S.:contattato il supporto, mi hanno risposto che la detenzione minima per non essere considerato scalping é di 5 minuti, quindi di fatto lo scalping é vietato o mi sbaglio? Per me lo scalping (e penso che lo sia per tutti nel mondo)é detenzione delle operazioni dai 10 ai 60 secondi massimo in media,oltre non é scalping ma intraday.

I had a very bad experience with NAGA.com. The spreads were extremely high, which matches independent reviews showing their spreads are above average on standard accounts. This made trading—especially short-term—very difficult.
I also faced issues with their policies, and many users online report similar complaints about the platform’s handling of client accounts and guidance.
Although NAGA is regulated and offers social trading tools, my personal experience was negative, and I do not recommend it.

Clueless support, even once you get past the worst chat bot in history.
Edit: They were pretty helpful afterwards. So still terrible chat bot, but once you get past the first level of support things actually start moving.
