Great products and very responsive customer service team. I ordered the wrong size (my fault) and Victoria was able to help me get the correct size quickly. Highly recommend NAB.
Item lost, no response to email, text, or phone call. Then blocks and deletes comments on social media. It appears I will have to contest the charge with my CC company
Great belts and company, the quality of their leather and craftsmanship is second to none and the customer service was amazing. I had an issue with a buckle and they replaced it no questions asked. They really do stand behind their products, highly recommend.
Horrible customer service. Service client pourrit. J'ai acheté deux ceintures 36" et elle n'était pas de la meme longueur. Ca a pris un mois avant de réussir a leur renvoyer et recevoir les autres. Il prennes des jours voir une semaine avant de répondre au emails. Je les reçoit et elles sont trop grande... Je les retournes et je commande chez Popov! Je déconseille fortement NAB leather!!!
I’ve now purchased over 6 belts and various interchangeable buckles from NAB. Plus, I’m awaiting my new duffle bag from them.
I can honestly say I’ve been extremely impressed with their quality and with the exception of one delivery (bag) that didn’t make it to me (nothing to do with Nab but the courier lost it), I’ve had zero issues with delivery. All of them turning up quickly and well packaged.
One comment. This tripadvisor page says they are UK based. But they are based in Canada.

I have been trying to contact your team for over a month with no response at all. Ignoring messages and being unreachable reflects extremely poor customer service and raises serious concerns about your professionalism and reliability.
Bought two of their belts and a wallet, received both belts pretty quickly, however the wallet was nowhere to be seen in the packaging, despite the shipping info claiming that the wallet was in the same shipment as the belts. Emailed them couple of days ago and haven’t received any response yet, though I did receive the usual e-mails to confirm that the delivery was completed, both from them
The belts are decent enough, they look and feel good, but obviously I can’t get over the fact that there is an item missing.
Edit: They’ve emailed me back within a day of this review, they took accountability for their mistakes w/o any extra hassle and are sending me the wallet.
