Lack of information during server outages, no useful support, activation of bots on critical issues, unable to contact them by phone, and frustration at 100%.

No support also on collateral issues during mail services down. Do not go with them.

Email not working correctly for over 2 days, with at least a couple of months worth of emails completely missing. Several tech support tickets posted with no response or resolution. Until 2 days ago, this was a 5-star hosting company.

Servers are down since last 10 hours, no update from them, I got a reply to my ticket "incident happened in Las Vegas Data Center." how long its going to take, its very hard to when all your business stopped. all my 35 staff are doing nothing since morning.

Our site was recently migrated to a cloud server, now certain connections to our database are just freezing and not going through.

They want a guest account to test the problem, themselves, yet account creation is one of the primary functions being impacted. They also want us to create a new database and change our connection strings... without reasoning why.

I have escalated to a manager, over 24 hours ago... the issues have been persisting since 8/22 and we spent 2 days troubleshooting before the first ticket. We have been practically down since 8/22 and the techs keep repeating the same thing.
