It took 3 months to receive my order
It took 3 months to receive my order. All my communications attempts were ignored during the first month. I was told to be more patient after every cancellation request during the second month of waiting. The responses I was getting after that made no sense at all. I will not comment on the product because I am not using it. I found an acceptable alternative during all the waiting time.

Took too long. Excuse was huge demand. Not my problem. If having a sale always ensure adequate stock to cover your delivery promises.

I am trying to exchange my XXL socks for a size 3XL because the XXL is too small. You would think I was asking for replacement socks and keep the ones I have. Poor customer service.

Overall I gave Vital Flows five stars. However it wasn't perfect. I used sizing information found on their website and ordered 3x. I probably should have gone 2x as the larger size was much longer than I expected. I find they work well, but I end up turning down the tops for a better fit.
