Very professional, did not hear back until I had to ask. Not only that but I paid you guys 1500. 950 for red oak tickets and 550 for cedar hill. I still have to pay over 800 dollars to red oak after paying you guys. And also another 265 to cedar hill after paying you guys. I don’t think that is right not what we agreed on. I’m not made of money to be paying all this money and still have to ask for updates. Not fair at all.

I trusted the process from the beginning and it left me as a very happy customer!!!!! Also I would like to share that I witnessed a lawyer with Citizens Law firm going out of her way to be rude to their client. She made a statement to the judge calling the gentleman a “whinny baby”. So rude lady. All he did was ask a legitimate question.
My lawyer remained very professional and didn’t make me feel like a burden.

Taken advantage of by the system
Well it cost me $2,300 to get out of a moving violation and I'm currently on 3 months probation as well. Had I know how much it was going to cost me I would have opted for a jury trial and represented myself. If I'm going to get screwed I would rather do it myself. I do realize people's time is not free but I spent less money on my divorce 6 years ago that I appeared in court three times over.

Feel Scammed…
Traffic Ticket, turned from wrong lane. First time using and ended up with same results as if I would have with no attorney, feel like I paid for nothing. Attorneys first words to me sounded defeated and I already knew it was a bad idea. 2 stars because at the beginning they were helpful and responsive.
