I have owned Trojan saw tables for years. This is my 4th table purchased (first time from my tool store), The saw tables are great. Long lasting and well constructed. No problems with placing my order. The price was good. The only thing that can be improved is the communication via email on shipment dates. I had no idea when the saw table was shipped and was becoming concerned to whether or not I would or when I would receive it. I would order again from my tool store. The prices are good.

The tools I purchased arrived and are excellent.

I ordered a tool kit for work. As always, you cannot tell quality from a picture.
The whole process was great. Order was taken and product shipped quickly. Arrived in good shape. I just did not like the feel of the case once I had it in my hands. It's a preference thing, I guess.
When I called for RMA, I was then notified of a $15 restock fee. For that reason alone, I doubt I will look into this site for anything else.
This place is average.

I placed an order for a tool belt prior to Christmas. They told me it was on back order until after the first of the year. I told them I was fine with that. I am still waiting for updated from them on my order!!! I have wrote them twice no reply???

I had a question on delivery. It was answered immediately and the service rep followed up. Will keep them on my list of tool companies.

These people are GREAT to work with. If you make a mistake, they will work with you, not all places will. When ever I need to, I will contact these people. Try them : )

I ended up ordering a tool that needed an attachment that was no longer available. Once they found out the attachment was no longer available and that the original tool would be of no use to me, they worked with me to return the original tool to the manufacturer for full credit and then helped me find a suitable replacement. Excellent customer service. I would definitely order through them again.

Finally... Got our order well most of it. Found out 1item had even discontinued yesterday after getting our order.

I ordered some gauges on November 27, and received notice that they were being shipped on December 12. Very slow response time for these items.
I definitely would not order from this site again unless I couldn't find it anywhere else.

The product provided is of the outmost quality. My grandson loves it.
However I didn't not receive the color I had requested even though I had confirmed the proper color via email and had accepted the fact that there would be a delay in the shipment.

Found products on MyToolStore I couldn't anywhere else and the service was excellent!

I am very pleased in my dealings with MyToolStore.com. I call with questions and always get very good customer service. Y'all get me order out in a reasonable time. You price on drill bits is fair, and because of the good price, we have made y'all our primary supplier of our specialty bits. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Good communication about an order that is on back order at the time of purchase. BUT they charged my credit card when I ordered: most online businesses charge when the item is shipped. I don't like paying for something that won't be shipped for 5 weeks, at best. Since I am not sure the manufacturer will come through and produce the items (apparently they will discontinue production soon) it becomes a larger issue. I am giving them 4 stars assuming I get my order on schedule.

my only two problems with the whole experience what are how long it took for me to get my tools I was promised they would be there within 5 days ended up taking over two weeks... And my table saw stand which I paid over 300 dollars for was slightly damaged whether it be from ups or whoever handle it I was slightly disappointing as well

I had great service. Very quick even during the holidays.

I ORDERED TWO WOODS SUCTION CLAMPS ON THE 13TH OF DECEMBER THEY TOOK MY PAYMENT RIGHT AWAY THEN I WAITED UNTIL CHRISTMAS WAS OVER THEN CALLED AND TALKED TO A PERSON THAT TOLD ME I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REACH ANYONE UNTIL AFTER THE NEW YEAR. SO I CALLED BACK THE AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS ON BACK ORDER, I JUST RECIEVED THE ORDER TODAY THE 16TH OF JAN.

Never had a bad experience, been ordered precision tools from them for years. Mostly they're just nice people and if they don't know about what I'm asking they'll figure it out and get back to me pretty quick.

Before they took my order, they verified my hard to find item was in stock. They got it shipped out on Friday after an order placed around noon on Friday. Price for shipping was fair as they charged me what they paid. Item was well packed. They really did their best to get it to me. I will use them again.

I checked, and MyToolStore.com had the best price, best delivery method to Canada, and were very responsive to questions about shipping and delivery time.
