Myticketsworld Arvostelua 

I bought tickets to see something in Seville. They said I’d have my tickets writhing 30 mins. 40 hours later and still nothing.
I have missed my supposedly booked visit and despite emailing four times, I’ve received nothing from them.
Don’t trust them, they are scammers.

I never got my tickets. Impossible to have any answers from the site. Zero follow up. AVOID THIS SWEBSITE

Biglietti per la mole di Torino, due cose decisamente negative : all'atto dell'acquisto scrivono esplicitamente che è compreso l'ascensore panoramico...ma sul posto scopriamo che invece è valido solo per il museo del cinema. Secondo : ti fanno pagare 15,50 il biglietto...poi però una volta pagato arriva una mail automatica che ti avvisa che hanno un problema col server e non sono state addebitate le commissioni...al che ti fanno pagare ancora 5 euro a testa. Inaffidabili e truffaldini, non comprerò mai più qui

Azienda non corretta perchè prima fa prenotare i biglietti con il prezzo indicato (es. 15,50 euro per il Museo del cinema di Torino) e poco dopo ti manda una email chiedendo 5 euro in più a testa per completare l'acquisto

Be very careful when purchasing tickets on this platform! This morning I booked 3 tickets to visit the Alcazar in Seville; the money was withdrawn from my bank account at the time of booking. Than I received an email confirming my order and telling me that I would receive the tickets in 30 minutes. However, I did not receive any tickets in the next half an hour, but another message informing me that my order had been cancelled because the seats were no longer available, and that I would receive the value of the tickets in 5-10 days. I checked the platform again and there were and are still tickets available for the day and time I had booked. I am still waiting for a relevant response from them and a quick refund of the money, certainly not in 5-10 days.
Later edit: In the meantime, they refunded me the full amount paid.

Hi!

I made this order for Seine River Cruises | Bateaux Parisiens ticket at 15:36 on 3 Apr 2025.

Then I was prompted that the ticket will be issued after 30 minutes! This delay caused me to miss the cruise I wanted to take.

I waited for 30 min, and no ticket was delivered. So I missed the second cruise I was supposed to take!

Then I went to ask the Bateaux information and ticket counter who advised me that myticketsworld is a bad site and not legal! They told me that I was scammed and that I need to buy a new ticket.

I bought a new ticket from Bateaux directly and went on a the cruise.

At 16:44 my ticket from myticketsworld has arrived in my inbox.

Thanks to trust pilot and myticketsworld I was promptly contacted and offered a refund.

It is recommended to use this site if you are planning a head and not in need of an instant ticket as you could save a couple of quids.

I got my money back after a request and after I followed up on my request.
Not scam. But they should learn how to issue tickets in time as an only agency.
