Bought as a gift for my partner so haven’t opened it yet (excited to see what he gets). I did want the premium one but it was sold out in his size - I’ll definitely order once it’s available again. Delivery was super quick as it arrived within a few days. Very happy!

Quality isn’t as good
I have ordered loads of shirts with this company never a problem until the last two I ordered for Christmas present the quality was not as good as previous ones I washed them the same as all the rest and the writing came off as I said never had a problem with any other ones I contacted the company only to be told it was my fault which it wasn’t really disappointed at the reply £80 lost disgusting service not even a credit note offered will never order again

We’re genuinely sorry to hear you were disappointed, especially as you’ve ordered from us before without issue — we do really value that loyalty.
To clarify: the shirts were not reported as faulty on delivery, and the issue was raised after wear and washing. As outlined in our policy, we’re unable to accept responsibility for damage that occurs after washing, as care methods and conditions can vary.
That said, we absolutely don’t want customers to feel out of pocket. As a gesture of goodwill, we did offer full store credit to the value paid, without requiring the shirts to be returned — which goes beyond our standard policy.
We’re sorry that this outcome still felt disappointing, but we always aim to be fair, transparent, and supportive where we reasonably can be.
I purchased this shirt for a mates 40th…
I purchased this shirt for a mates 40th birthday, he's a big football fan in general and this gift was the perfect choice.
My request that we didn't want any British or international teams was followed and I also asked for a 2nd 3rd or 4th kit to be sent.
He received athletic bilbo 4th kit and he was over the moon with it and plans on getting some for gifts for others in the future.
I had the shirt at home for a week, it took a big effort from myself not to have a peak. I was as excited as him to see the revel.
Will definitely buy again and recommend to any football lovers.
As a bonus he now gets to watch Spanish football without his Mrs getting cross now he has a legitimate interest in the league...

Poor Customer Service
Customer service is slow, wait around 5/6 days for a reply. You need to email to return/exchange, waiting 5/6 days for a reply is not ideal and when the reply isn’t sufficient you have to wait another 4/5 days for a reply again. They do not offer refunds. Also sent out a shirt of a team I specifically asked to avoid. Still waiting to hear back about a refund/exchange.

We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy.
Our average response time is within 2 working days, and having reviewed the email thread, each of your messages was responded to within that timeframe. Returns and exchanges do not require emailing — we have a self-serve returns portal available directly on our website, which allows customers to start a return immediately.
We do offer refunds, in line with our published returns policy, and our records show that you did in fact request a refund through the returns process.
Regarding order requests: avoids are followed where possible and subject to availability. If a customer is unhappy with the item received, the correct next step is to use the returns portal so the issue can be resolved promptly.
We’re sorry that this experience felt frustrating, but we do want to ensure the information shared here accurately reflects how our service and policies work.

Awful customer service.
Ordered a Premium 25/26 shirt before Xmas. No comments section so emailed straight away to ask for a non UK shirt.
Was sent an Arsenal shirt which my son opened on Xmas day. Arranged an exchange for a non UK shirt which was processed, only to be sent an email for a credit note (which was under the value of the Original Shirt I ordered).
Requested a refund only to be told this wasn’t possible. Ended up having to use the credit note for a shirt I didn’t want.
Customer service was awful. Proper ‘computer says no’ experience. Goes without saying that I would never use this company again.

Avoidance requests
The comment box for teams and leagues to avoid is shown in multiple places:
- On the product page before adding to cart
- Again in the shopping cart before proceeding to checkout
This is the only place we can reliably capture requests. Emails sent after ordering may not be seen before dispatch, which is exactly why the comment box exists. If no teams are entered there, unfortunately we’re unable to apply avoidance requests.
The exchange and credit note
Your return was processed fully in line with our published returns policy. Where an exchange item is not available in stock, a store credit is issued instead. This isn’t an automated “computer says no” response - it’s a policy that applies consistently to all customers to ensure fairness.
The credit issued reflected the value of the item returned and was valid across the store.
We appreciate feedback and always aim to be transparent, which is why these processes are clearly outlined on our website. That said, we’re sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations and regret that this has left a negative impression.

Would highly recommend Mystery Football. I ordered my sons some shirts for Christmas, they didn’t fit and it was really easy to exchange. My sons loved the shirts and great quality. Quick delivery. Will definitely use them again.

Bought my shirts on the ticktok live.....you can chose from 2 shirts that Liv picks they are packed live and with you in a few days! Been well happy with the service and the shirts! All I would say is no your size in what company make the shirt not all xxl are the same size and you may not be able to go back and get that shirt again.........other than that great shirts, great service and if Liv has a live get on it....! 💯 recommended!

I’ve ordered a few of these now for my nephew for Christmas and birthdays. It’s always exciting to see what he receives and have always got a different team from a different league. Just make sure if the recipient is a Liverpool fan for example you put ‘no English shirts’ lol

Brilliant tops and service is spot on
I have bought 2 shirts now for my oldest son (christmas and birthday) and he has loved them. Has said he would love more and i honestly will do so because the price is amazing, great quality and delivery is quick. My youngest has just asked if he can have one for his birthday aswell.
