superb customer service
Delivery swift.
However, incorrect item delivered. They responded very promptly to my e-mail enquiring if they had another version of the jacket ordered.
As they didn’t have a suitable replacement item, and they said it was their error, they allowed me to keep the item rather than return.
The refund came through within 24hrs.
Even though the order was correct and their error, the follow up service was exemplary.
Everyone makes errors but it is what you do to after that counts.
SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought my son a (Houghton Hall Casual Joggers) team kit long sleeve compression top. He said it is really good. It feels and looks good. It is a good fit and keeps him warm. Great quality!

Really can't rate them high enough. 3rd time I've bought a garmin watch from these guys. Their knowledge of the kit and their customer service is outstanding. Really great part exchange prices. Can't imagine getting a running watch elsewhere.
