Good product from good supplier. Minor issue.

There was a delay in delivering the video doorbell due to warehouse closure, however, I was kept fully informed. The only problem I had was a missing component, the small spirit level. I managed to install successfully without it. Overall a good experience, good product at reasonably competitive price.

Sorry to hear you have not received your order.
We always aim to send parcels out the same day with a 1-2 day delivery service.
Upon looking into this, I can see that you contacted us via chat in relation to this.
Unfortunately your item was lost in transit and we offered to send a replacement out to you if it had not been delivered by the next working day.
You subsequently advised us that you did not require the item any longer, and you wanted to cancel your order.
We therefore processed your refund for you.
I apologise for this inconvenience and hope that you will consider us again in the future.

Great company

Great company. The items were delivered very quickly and tracking the order was easy. Also the goods were very well packed. I can’t fault them in anyway.
