Esperienza fantastica. Molto gentili e attenti alle mie richieste. Nonostante le mie continue richieste di modifica sono stati molto veloci. A lavoro ultimato mi hanno mandato vari file e un tutorial molto chiaro. Esperienza consigliatissima

When ordering I got 3 samples after a couple of days. I liked parts of two of them, and I went back and asked for some elements of one, put into the other alternative and after a couple more days I had my new suggestion. Went with that and got a few files and a short animation of how to go about writing my new signature. I haven’t tried my signature on free hand yet (need to practice some more. Just finished the first training sheet (24 signatures), and I can already say that I’m happy with my purchase. Im slowly getting better and better on it, and I can print out as many trainings sheets as I want for endless practice sessions so I can learn it by heart and start using it outside of the training sheets.

On top of that, customer service has been really great. Super friendly and helpful people, so all in all a pleasant experience.

Ich bin über eine Werbung diesen Anbieters gestolpert und da ich einen schönen Namen, aber eine hässliche Unterschrift habe, habe ich einen Versuch gestartet, mit diesem Unternehmen etwas daran zu ändern. Der Kontakt war schnell hergestellt. Dann bekam ich (englischsprachig) eine Mail mit Schriftarten, aus denen ich mir mehrere aussuchen konnte. Aus den gewählten Schriftarten wurden mir dann innerhalb weniger Tage mehrere Vorschläge zu „meiner neuen“ Unterschrift zugeschickt. Aus diesen Vorschlägen gefiel mir eine schon sehr gut, bis auf eine Kleinigkeit. Dies habe ich dann erklärt und innerhalb weniger Tage kam ein neuer Vorschlag der wirklich exakt meinem Geschmack entsprach. Die Zusammenarbeit klappte tatsächlich super. Nun habe ich ein Video und Vorlagen erhalten, anhand derer ich jetzt meine neue Unterschrift erlernen kann. Wer spaß an solchen Dingen hat dem kann ich dieses Unternehmen empfehlen.

I ordered a custom signature. I went through 3 rounds of revisions with Amanda and the calligrapher. I am happy with the process and the result.

Waste of time and money. Purchased an "experienced calligrapher" package, but the signatures received are clearly generated with pre-built templates/generators. After giving feedback and requesting changes, what I received back was AGAIN clearly generated by a program, and not done by an "experienced calligrapher".
Then they only give a 50% refund.

Save your money and go with someone else
