My Shopfittings Arvostelua

The 2 frames that I ordered arrived in a soft cardboard packaging with ‘Fragile’ tape stuck around the top. The packaging had holes in and was bent as if it had taken a knock in transit I presume. When I opened it on Weds BOTH of my frames were bent and buckled. I had booked someone to come and install them at my business on Fri so I immediately emailed to complain and ask that new frames be sent out. I’ve still not heard back at all!! The tradesman managed to bend the frames back a little and put them up, even though they’re damaged. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, comms and packaging from this company. I would NOT recommend using them

Excellent service fast delivery highly recommend!

Fast delivery and good price, packaging could be improved though, the end caps for the brackets were not in a separate packet and scattered in the bottom of the box

Good quality glass good pricing

Good value, good product, quick delivery.

Easy to order and pay. Despatched and delivered very quickly. Good quality labels. Will buy from again.

Perfect for my special keepsakes. Greatly packaged so no breakages. Easy to assemble. Strong. Very happy with this product.

Easy to order, very prompt delivery. Mostly a fab hat stand.

Great product
Fast delivery

A terrible shopping experience. The product was already damaged when I received it. I asked for a return but the seller was unwilling to do so. They delayed for many days and still haven't replied to my email.

Delivery of my basket stand was very quick, great price and good service.

Delivered to the wrong address and very reluctant to reply to emails to try and rectify. Very poor Service.

Great service we will be back for more items.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service and quality of the product that i ordered.
My original order had been damaged in transit by the courier but My Shop Fittings answered my call promptly and were very understanding. They arranged for a replacement to be dispatched (late Friday afternoon) and maintained further communications with me. My order arrived in perfect condition today (Monday). I will be re-ordering from MSF again in the future. Thank you team.

Great service and products. Really useful frames and simple to hang on the wall. Delivered quickly and packaged really well.

Very slow delivery, paid for next day but took 4 days.
Promised refund but not received.
Item OK.

Excellent product, speedy delivery, well packaged.

Thank you always there to provide fast service for me

The Carrier's Driver delivered quickly & professionally.
He carried the quite heavy parcel direct to my door and was very friendly with a smile & pleasant greeting.
He helped me into my hallway with what was a quite heavy parcel. Really Nice Guy!

The 27" Round clothes display/hanging rail which I had ordered is well made & very robust. Would have been even better if the customer could order this rail with the option of being supplied with 4 strong wheels one each of the bottom support feet, one fitted with a brake to aid its mobility and stability when loaded with clothing.
